the way loon is doing everything to avoid telling the world what happened to the person that was basically single handedly responsible for their TH-cam success has alreadu damaged their reputation. Quality is already down with Steve and soon he will also quietly disappear and guaranteed they will avoid the facts again

Seem to remember Roman Abramovich would rock up to Monaco some years back in a 162.5 meter yacht (M/Y Eclipse),...Apparently he was into motor racing in a big way and wanted to buy a team,...His advisors talked him out of it and said a good way to lose not quite as much money would be to buy Football team !!

You are right and you are wrong. Superyacht FAITH was owned by Lawrence Stroll and he was a guest during the race weekend BUT he sold it to Michael Latifi some time ago. Stroll currently is without a yacht whilst his new yacht is in build by Feadship (according to eSysman SuperYachts YT channel).

Illuminating video. Being a billionaire must be an odd thing that megasupersizes the basic person. You have your Lawrence Strolls, perpetually auditioning for the next Bond villain role on the biggest super yacht they can wedge into the harbor, while Warren Buffett, worth about 35x more, drives an older Buick and lives in a modest home in Omaha. To his credit, however, LS really has the ruthless international mogul schtick done, and does not fancy himself a prophet of the future who believes we need to have stainless steel rolling doorstops and free- range disinformation on a major social network.
I think you may find that Mr Stroll sold his yacht last year on the proviso that he could use Faith at the Monaco F1 until his new yacht arrives.
My asking if he should say that and laughing was the best moment in Kym history 😂

It's my understanding that Faith was sold and now belongs to Michael Latifi, although Lawrence is using it for this event. Lawrence currently has a new super yacht under construction.
Perth billionaire and ceo of ferrari sponser VGW is in monaco with his red lambo boat. They've chartered the "Triumph" yacht for 750,000 euros + expenses for the week. Should try hit him up Kym, he's a cool guy. Has the best car collection in Australia

I was once told by a "lunatic", former engineering professor, that international events that include the presence of these mega yachts are where the world's oligarchs meet in person and "take care of business". The boats provide privacy and air tight security, as well as a plausible rational for getting together (socializing, celebrating, whatever).
I’m curious about the supply logistics on the boats. How do they keep all the ships supplied with food and drink and waste disposal etc.?

Lawrence Stroll sold his yacht Faith to Michael Latifi, father of Nicholas Latifi, back in 2021.
Phillip Green does save alot of his money because he lets his UK business go into administration and staff end up with a huge deficit in their pensions while he lord's it up in Monaco, BHS was a British institute every City & large town had 1.
The Motor Yacht Faith is actually not owed by Lawrence anymore, guess who owns it? Its actually Michael Latifi, Nicolas's dad. Lawrence sold it a couple of years ago.
Monaco is a beautiful race scenery wise but to watch as a fan it’s the most boring on the circuit. I saw one pass and that was Botas passing a Williams. Maybe there were more but not shown on TV. Max made up 14 seconds on George in no time and had I think 15 or more laps left to make the pass and could not. Very technical race but none of the top 12 really had any issue holding position. And for Carlos to be able to restart back in 3rd, they all changed tires so you did not have to stop.
how long for the stroll boat to paddle across the ocean?
You should ask the Sûreté Publique to give you a tour of the Monaco prison where they lock you up if you try to skip out on paying for these expensive attractions, cause any trouble or insult the royal family. You can get a photo from the Open Air Cinema patio or from the water, but the entrance is on the Rock.
I did see it the other day and have only just realised that it’s a prison.

There is a lot of large super yachts missing due to sanctions on Russia- the boats made a run for Turkey/Dubai before their owners was sanctioned
