I'm 6'7, busses are definitely the worst for me. Physically cannot sit down without taking up more than 1 seat (because i need to lean my legs to the side), so I have to stand if it's busy. But the handles for those standing are below my shoulder height lol. Those handles must be on the lower side even for average height people- it's so stupid. I guess you wouldn't want people to not be able to reach, so they have to accommodate for that.
That's the worst situation when it comes to fitting places. When it comes to fitting clothes, shoes must be bought online, and long sleeves are just not an option. Which is fine and insignificant. Everything I mentioned, and other issues, are merely slight inconveniences which you could say are balanced out by any benefits. My only genuine complaint with being tall is, as Will noticed, it feels like everyone is looking at you.

@@abbiepancakeeater52 As I was watching this video, I couldn't help but find it hilarious how the 5'1" woman at the gym said that she didn't think he was too tall! He was over 1 foot taller than her, and she didn't think he was too tall! Yet the 6 ft tall guy told him, 'You're so tall'... I definitely think that women (in general) and men view height very differently. Women tend not to consider a person who is 1 or 2 feet taller than them as tall, whereas men are very likely to perceive someone who is 3 inches taller than us as 'very tall.

Most guys who say they are 6'6-6'7 are the same height as me or a bit shorter. Yes, I check my height very often. It's 6'4 to a tee. I think most tall guys say they're taller to exaggerate their height even more since their taller than everyone around them. A little annoying though, when a guy shorter than you claims to be 6'7.

I'm lucky to find things that are long enough... and then they get discontinued because no one is buying them. And squats are painful. And all the other things they mentioned in the video lol

It's the health benefits of being short that I appreciate the most. My grandfathers cousin is 4ft 8 and shorter now that she's 98 but more importantly she walks around fine and is sharp in the brain. I'm not saying it doesn't exist but it's rare to find a bodybuilder or tall person reach that age and if they do it's just more stress on your joints and organs.

Being *only* 181cm (5ft 11in), I definitely notice the world is made mostly for shorter people. There are a few annoyances I deal with, and I honestly am glad I am not any taller, as they'd all be so much worse:
-Back seats in cars and seats on public transportation sometimes are too close for my knees to fit.
-Seats with built in headrests will dig into my neck.
-Sinks are always too low so I have to bend down to wash my hands, causing back pain. The same applies to kitchen counter tops, tables, desks and much more.
-Finding clothes that are long enough is difficult (both pants legs and shirt/sweater/jacket sleeves).
-Beds are often too short to sleep comfortably stretched out.
-Ceilings and doorways are not always tall enough to stand up straight or walk through (especially on busses/ planes).
Just being 5cm (2in) taller would significantly exacerbate all these, so I'm happy not being any taller and having to deal with that.

I'm so glad about this video. "The world just simply isn't built for being that tall" is a sentence I relate to. I'm 18, 6"4 and go to the gym 5 times a week. I've introduced a bunch of my friends to the gym realm because I've been going to the gym for multiple years frequently but all my friends no lift heavier than me because I'm just not built for it. I need to do tricep push downs on my knees, drop down to the pull up bar and don't fit most of the machines in an optimal way. Sure it's fun when people ask "what's the weather up there" but in reality, life would be easier if I was a little bit shorter. But I guess life isn't supposed to be hard.
