As a disability doctor, I absolutely love that you did this Will. It can educate others on how difficult it is to have a handicap.
And how much you can still do if you don't let anything hold you back.

This is honestly Will's best video. He didn't only bring up the problem of disabled people but he also found a guy who completely matched his energy. Their jokes are pure gold. So good.
I’m gonna have to agree. Been watching will for 2 years. This has been hands down the best an most real
I agree best video yet

Listen to me!!!!! I read this comment beforehand and I still jumped.
As someone new to being in a wheelchair this helped me out so much.
I’m an ambulatory wheelchair user so there’s still a ton of anxiety I feel when people see me walk from my car to get my chair. I can’t really walk more than a hundred feet without tons of pain and fatigue and risk of falling, hence my need for a chair.
Thanks for showing some ways to work out on a chair and use from experience.
Know this, with people who judge you there are also a lot of people who look up to you like myself. I wish you all the best and also wanted to tell you I have a huge respect for you.
Wish you the best man ❤
You got this bro
As a fellow ambulatory wheelchair user here's what I can tell you. Don't be afraid to stand or walk if you want to or need to because people are going to watch either way. And if people ask why you're using a wheelchair since you can walk you can just ignore them if they're being rude. Sometimes people are just curious because they forget that not all wheelchair users are wheelchair bound. My go-to answer for those is something along the lines of I have chronic fatigue so I might be fine walking now but if I didn't have my wheelchair then I would probably collapse at some point and I wouldn't be able to get back home. But you can also just answer that not all wheelchair users are paraplegic and that it's none of their business. It takes a while to get used to everything, but you'll get there.
I've been an ambulatory wheelchair user for almost 3 and a half years now (and one of those was me stupidly thinking that I didn't need my wheelchair anymore so I ended up having to be literally carried by my friends and skipping entire weeks of classes because my crutches were just not enough at that point). It's a struggle, but the most important part is realizing that the wheelchair is going to bring you so much more freedom than you would otherwise have. People are people, and there will always be someone to judge you, whatever you do, so don't let that stop you.
I am a wheelchair user, and I have to say, I literally lit up when I saw this video in my feed. It is so so important for big-name youtubers like you bring awareness to the capabilities and challenges of wheelchair users. Thank you so much, Will!
Enjoy!
Is it hard all your life or do you get used to jt
@ReadingtheBibleforever There are always barriers and access issues you run into. But, overall, you get used to it. I have had health issues since I was a baby, so it isn't like I lost all that much.
Same here (C6-C7)
@@rebelonwheels Hey fellow wheeler! I don't have a spinal cord injury, I use a wheelchair because of muscle myopathy and a series of autoimmune diseases. I can walk like 2 or 3 steps, but it leaves me exhausted for half the day. Not worth it!
Man, when he said. “I can’t miss something that I never had.” Really hit hard. Loved the video Will. Very informative and inspirational
for me it was the "i have a wheelchair and you can see it. But you also have a wheelchair, we just can't see it. Everyone has a wheelchair and we all have to learn how to push those wheelchairs"
The chemistry between these two is amazing. I feel Will can be so bombastic that he has to carry a conversation on camera, but this dude had the follow up ready and even one upped Will a few times. I wanna see these two together more.
I want you guys to be best friends and make a channel. This is wholesome himbo ass energy and my heart and fire grows watching you both.
For real though. These two make me dream about a show with them as protagonists. It would be so hilarious yet interesting to watch.
"Everyone has a wheelchair you can just see mine" this reached deep into my soul. Thank you Woody!
i had to pause it. what a comment right.
Yeah same man :,)
Literally why
Same with “you can’t miss what you never had.” That hit me deep
Ok best video from Will!
He matches Will's humour perfectly. Such a funny, happy guy.
My thoughts exactly! Had me smiling the whole time.
Is that not what your here for? 😳😳
Really made me reevaluate how I deal with Lyme disease. He's worse off than me and he's much happier.
@@dinnolinno that had me rolling LOL
I love woody's personality. Not only does he manage to live a life he enjoys, he also holds other people to respectful moral standards and is not afraid to comment on them in a neutral way.
Them feeding eachother just made me smile ear to ear.
That was so wholesome and playful. We all need more of that.
I feel like this is the only person Will has ever had on his channel who absolutely 100% matched his humor, gave as good as he got (and then some), and 100% just went with any weird improv moment Will leaned into.
Yeah, thought bout that too, it’s always a little bit off but they truly hit it off for real
literally he's like the same as will hahq
Woody seems like a great dude, one of the few who matches Will's silly humor. Also his chair handling skills are insane. Hoping Woody can get a more accessible appartment somehow. He doesn't seem to mind going out the window every time but damn...😂

Its rare that the guest outshines Will, but Woody was amazing, so charismatic, so funny, loved him. Please do something with him again.
The story, dedication, jokes and inspiration from Woody and Will in this video is insanely motivating. This might be the best video of Will imo. Woody is a beast!
I'd watch a weekly series - Adventures with Will n Woody!

I agree! Definitely one of the best made by Will
Honestly randomly stumbled on this guys channel a couple months ago and he never fails to leave a smile on my face 🙌🏿
him little speech about "we all have wheelchairs" almost made me cry. I have several invisible issues that really bring my quality of life down but I've pushed through them because I've known nothing else. That guy is a legend of human spirit. Thank you so much will for doing this video and suffering up that hill. I hope this becomes a regular series.
Also loved it ❤️🥲
We all have our own battles! That's why comparison is pointless, lingering on things that don't matter, they are our crutches.
It didn't almost make me cry, it made me cry
I also liked the "why walk, when you can fly?" ❤
Sad part was it seems Will cut out other things he said there
7:54 I love how he instantly goes and shows up for others even though they dont expect it. He spread the love instantly and included her.
Woody needs to start a channel and share his spirit and good vibes with more of the world.
Will, you're probably never gonna read this, but you're such a kind and generous individual. We know for a fact that you genuinely love doing what you do on this platform.

This is super inspiring to me as a disabled wheelchair user!! I wanna be like him so bad, he truly doesn't let anything get in this way, and he puts that thought of disabled people not being attractive to shame, this guy is truly badass!!
This is the best video that I've seen from Will this far. An important message, great attitude, and the thing about everyone having a wheelchair was incredibly beautiful.
He has such great energy!! Love you will

That 18 wheeler graphic hitting him when he crossed the street had me dying. thank you for that

This video is so inspiring for me because I also have spastic cerebral palsy, and I’m trying to start my fitness journey. The best way I can. Thank you Will and Woody for sharing a light on people with disabilities in the fitness industry because there aren’t many fitness influencers that are wheelchair bound/with disabilities or they often get overlooked because it’s not the norm. As someone who’s wheelchair bound, but isn’t physically strong enough to use a manual chair (push chair) like you both did, I loved this video. I can relate to the part in the video where he said “I can’t miss something that I’ve never had” and that’s like me, I’ve never walked before, I’ve always been disabled, i was born with a genetic disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and I use a power chair. I wish more people could see the side of the disabled more like you have. Thank you for this video ❤
I have SMA too I’m 20 years old and him saying “ I can’t miss something that I’ve never had” because just like you said I’ve never walked before, I was born not being able to walk and other issues there’s no reason for me to get mad at my condition if this is who I am
i love how will’s humour bounces off diff people in diff ways…makes every video unique! this one was especially funny

my grandpa was in a wheelchair due to ms, and he was not only physically but mentally the strongest person i’ve ever met. miss him everyday, but it’s nice to see someone like will spreading light on these situations❤
I'm a biomedical engineering student so how people interact and live with medical devices is important to me. I volunteered with wheelchair users earlier this year and I can say that the positivity within the community and the ownership they have over their position and unique skills is beautiful. I think you really highlighted that today. Thanks for using your platform for it!
I want to go into biotechnology engineering can you talk to me a bit about the job you do and your interest and goals with it
A few second in and i already love this dude. If you can make fun of yourself and make light of an unfortunate situation then big respect! Literally smiling ear to ear and laughing this whole video. We need more vids with him!
This man has such a positive outlook on life, very inspiring.

Great video. I was in an accident 5 years ago and almost lost both my feet. I spent 2.5 years in a wheelchair then progressed from that to a walker and now a cane. I'm almost free of the cane. The wheelchair part of my life was extremely difficult and I learned a lot and gained a TON more respect and admiration for those living with these disabilities for life. Keep killing it out there fellow cripples!
I’ve never seen will crack a smile as much as he has in this video. You can tell woody is the man, truly inspiring.
I'm only 1 minute in and the energy this guy has is super contagious, hoping to see more collabs with him again!
Treating him the way you would anyone else. I respect you so much for it.
Can I just say after 3 year of watching Will this is the first time I've commented on his videos cause I just wanna say Bravo Sir! What an inspirational video which really puts into perspective how lucky some of us are to be able to walk and function which I think a lot of us take for granted each day. More content like this please!

My mom was in a wheelchair for 5 years before I was even born.
