Niko should have said he had size 5 feet. That his feet are the same size as the guy next to him who is so short is suspect. But that guy next to him has a deep voice as well, and could hear Niko's voice wasn't coming from very high away, so what makes you think he knew? I don't think he bumped the chair, I think the angle made it look like he was closer than he really was. They were all laughing and smiling throughout.
And if he did somehow know and keep his mouth shut, then he was being very professional, unlike number 3 who felt all around the woman next to her to see if she was in a chair or not (if she felt a chair she would have spoiled the entire thing!). They'd be smart not to get the real person out right away and get so very little screen time. But some are trying really hard to get the right one right off.

i love that one girl in nikos round, she was so respectful. she apologized multiple times and made sure she wasn't being offensive, and once her mask was off and she saw number two's height she apologized again and shook his hand. i wish we had more people like that, warms my heart. she actually reminds me of this girl in my marine class- she's a bit shy like that, but super kind. :]
I saw it more as sympathizing, he was there to play a game and just got constantly reminded that he is someone who needs to be apologized too. It would've been better if he was treated more similarly to everyone else. In the end I doubt he took offense because he seems like a genuine guy, but I think it was unnecessary to be so apologetic.
