Rice- 1 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup + 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 Cup ( Total )
Coconut oil - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 11/2 - 2 tsp
Chana dal - 11/2 - 2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
ginger - 11/2 tbs
green chillies - 2 - 4 nos
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt- ( according to taste )
Curd - 1/4 Cup
Coriander leaves

Tamarind - 1 lemon Size
Sambar chillies - 150 gms
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tbs
Jaggery - 3/4 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Maida - 1 1/2 tbs
Water - 3 tbs
Soya Sauce - 1 tbs

Thank u for Simple and easy sadam and side dish. In my house mulak curry is made using sambar chily and kochulli( shallots) . Slight liquidy. Can used for about 1 weak.
