How to make Easy Oratti & Green Peas Curry
Water - 4 Cups
Salt( according to taste )
Rice flour - 2 Cups
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Big onion - 3 nos
green chillies - 2 nos
ginger - 1 Small Pieces
Tomato - 3 Medium
oil - 11/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 - 11/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 11/2 tbs
Green peas - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cups ( total )
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Coconut milk - 1/2 Cup

ഞങ്ങളുടെ പള്ളിപെരുനാൾ, ക്രിസ്മസ്, ഈസ്റ്റർ breakfast ആണിത്. കൂടെ ചിക്കൻ കറിയും. ഞങ്ങൾ തേങ്ങ മിക്സിയിൽ ഒന്ന് കറക്കി വെള്ളത്തിൽ ചേർക്കും. തേങ്ങയുടെ പാലും കൂടെ ചേർന്ന് taste കൂടും. പക്ഷേ ജീരകം ചേർക്കാറില്ല. ഇനി ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ ചേർക്കാം. നമ്മുടെ നാടൻ വിഭവങ്ങൾ ചേച്ചി ചെയ്തു കാണിക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസിന് ഒരു സന്തോഷം.
