- This push workout is designed for a 3 day training split of push, pull, legs. This is one of the best splits out the for recovery and muscle growth. Use this video as a resource to learn how to do them properly. Be sure to use moderate weight while keeping proper form through each repetition before going heavy. I did this workout this morning and it was pretty good. The dip station was in use during the sequence, so I had to do them towards the end and by then I was toast. Still it was challenging, thanks for the information.

It’s all abt finding the right time for yourself as well as staying on top of studies, I know the feeling as a college student myself, I tend to try and find time to go in the morning before my classes in the afternoon or after my classes

How many sets per exercise?
I'd do 2 sets each
3-4 sets of 8-10 Reps is always a great foundation for building muscle 😊
Two or so warm up sets to your target working weight. Aim for three sets at working weight, 8-12 reps each. Once you can do 12 reps all three sets at your working weight, go up in weight again.

Upright row in a PUSH day?🤔I was almost sure that is PULL exercise and OHP overhead press fits better in a PUSH day
Lateral raises are also a pull movement but they both work the medial deltoid. OHP is still a shoulder press lol. Whether it’s barbell or dumbbell the movement is for the same muscle group.
It should be flat incline decline barbell for chest then barbell shoulder press ,barbell reverse grip front press shoulders, triceps ezbar triceps extension and bent over straight bar triceps kickbacks. Use barbell because you can use more weight and have better stability the end lol
