I did this workout this morning and it was pretty good. The dip station was in use during the sequence, so I had to do them towards the end and by then I was toast. Still it was challenging, thanks for the information.

Do you actually get all your workouts in a week coz I am a high schooler who has school,work and loves to hit the gym and it’s hard to be consistent any tips big fun
It’s all abt finding the right time for yourself as well as staying on top of studies, I know the feeling as a college student myself, I tend to try and find time to go in the morning before my classes in the afternoon or after my classes
Lateral raises are also a pull movement but they both work the medial deltoid. OHP is still a shoulder press lol. Whether it’s barbell or dumbbell the movement is for the same muscle group.
It should be flat incline decline barbell for chest then barbell shoulder press ,barbell reverse grip front press shoulders, triceps ezbar triceps extension and bent over straight bar triceps kickbacks. Use barbell because you can use more weight and have better stability the end lol
