      It's not possible, unless you take an AP class for every single class in your high school career and get an A. Even if you take one non-AP class and still get an A, it drops you from a 5.0
      Schools can adjust how they scale grades to grade points, so based off his phone, they don't include +/- in the GPA calculation. He had a couple A- which, at most schools, would only come out to a 4.7 weighted. Also, that was just one semester of classes shown.
      Not trying to belittle his accomplishments as that's still extremely impressive. The video is just equally misleading.

      @amethystmoon349 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      There’s a lot a good people in these “areas” but unfortunately for them they have to get clumped up in a minority. People eventually have to leave their home to go to work,school and etc. even being in their own homes is not safe. A little girl in dc got shot going to the ice cream truck, a little boy caught a stray in his own home, a little girl caught a stray in the car going home. That is not that issue whatsoever. The problem is the lack of funding in the educational systems in these neighborhoods, politics, media, resources and opportunities. Watch the “The wire” it explains the problems in the inner cities so eloquently and real.

    It's not race, it's the fact that he did it from a ghetto area. He might not have lived directly in the ghetto, but he was close enough and went to school w/ enough people from it that it played a big influence. When you're young and you constantly hangout with your friends everyday, it's hard to say no when you grow up and they're no longer doing the same stuff. Instead they're talking about getting 40's or hitting up a party where you have no idea who's carrying, it's dangerous. If you were white, black, yellow, red, brown, if you make it out of the ghetto w/ grades like this, that's a feat.

      noobhealz402 so it is race...because he did it from a so called area where they don't get all the good shit like Beverly hills aka the ghetto

      @@ZSmith-yy4lv exactly, he could have done that elsewhere. At least the name recognition on his degrees will help him pay off his debt and have less competition for an entry position but after a few years if he's not good in the industry then it was all for nothing.

    • @our_illumination949
      @our_illumination949 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exactly what I said, not to belittle his efforts because he earned it but the main thing to take away from this is that behind great kids there are usually great parents. They mentioned how he knows how to play 3 instruments and that just reminded me of how good parents love making sure their kids are learning something new and keeping them occupied so that their minds stay active and productive.
