  • I will teach you the difference between the Spanish words aquí, ahí, allá, and acá. This video will explain to you exactly when to use one or the other and why and when and what and for what reason they are used, and what their functions are, and what their nature is, and what purpose they have in our times. You will have them so clear in your head that you will be able to explain to your friends and classmates, and your family, and even to your Spanish teacher. You will be grateful forever and ever. You will thank me. You will donate to my channel. You will thank me again. You will thank me in Spanish. I am so happy I am going to teach you these words because you will build your vocabulary Spanish pyramid. Do not fear, watch my Spanish lesson and let your lips shower in Spanish words.

      I'm one of them.
      She's teaching these 3 words for about 17 mins, something that you can do in less than a minute! The most irritating teacher I've ever seen!
      As an adult, if I pay her for a course, she would probably finish less than half of what another teacher would. Most of time would be filled with bullshit examples.
      She'd be a good teacher for children though, and also for adults who have underdeveloped minds.

    • @sahelichowdhury
      @sahelichowdhury 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am two years late, but I hope you see this, and I hope I can explain :P Anyway, aquel is an adjective, while allá is an adverb. If you are describing something that is far from you, you have tocan use the adjective 'aquel', and its variations depending on gender and number. For example, if you wish to talk about a journey that you undertook in the past, you can refer to it as 'aquel viaje'. Or if you are talking about - maybe - your childhood years, you may say '...durante aquellos años'. If 'aquel' were an adverb it would never have varied with the number and gender of whatever you were talking about. So, 'aquel' describes something that is far from you in space and/or time.

    It kind of sounds like to me that acá and allá have a prepositional flavor to them. It seems they have a directional/movement sense to them. This video seems to kind of confirm that for me. For acá, it sounds like "over here" or "around here" or "near here" or "by here", etc. Also, for allá, it sounds like "over there" or "near there" or "by there" (and so on). From my searches, it looks like you can use más and muy with either acá or allá.

    First of all, from Spain, congratulations on both your very nice personality and the teaching itself. May I suggest to take profit of the "Despacito" song success among the English speakers to make a video explaining for example, how the so frequent diminutives in Spanish (and in general suffixes) add a lot of nuances to the root word, which, in this case, would be "despacio". Also to correct some translations to English that -in my humble opinion- are not accurate, such as giving the meaning of "trouble" for "apuro", which is true only for Spain and may be Cuba and Puerto Rico, while in most Spanish countries it means "hurry", to agree with the whole sense of the song, that is, "doing it slowly" or in my perception "easy easy".
    Ante todo, desde España, felicitaciones tanto por su simpatía como por la enseñanza misma. Me permito sugerir que se aproveche el éxito de la canción "Despacito" en el mundo angloparlante para hacer un video explicando, por ejemplo, cómo los tan frecuentes y variados diminutivos (y en general sufijos) añaden muchos matices a la palabra raíz, que en este caso sería "despacio". También serviría para corregir algunas traducciones al inglés que -en mi humilde opinión- no son precisas, como darle a "apuro" el significado de "trouble", correcto para España y quizás Cuba y Puerto Rico, pero que en los demás paises iberoamericanos significaría "hurry", más de acuerdo con el sentido general de la letra de la canción. A los hispanohablantes que se sorprenden al encontrarse viendo lecciones de español, como yo por ejemplo, he de decirles que es otra manera bastante efectiva de aprender tanto de un idioma como de otro.
