Best Spanish teacher hands down!!! Ever in life!! I wish your were my teacher in high school/ university because I would have been fluent years ago. Thank you so much for teaching us in such an exciting way 😘🤗
Hi Ana, I have been watching your videos for over a year now and have found them really useful for clarification. They also contain some very helpful grammar tips. Please continue to make them. I see that people often thank you for the "free" videos. I hope that others are more financially appreciative. Saludos, Craig, UK.
HAVE been in CUBA 14 times ,MEXICO only twice, but always try to interact and put myself out there to learn . I always end up coming back to ANNA .what a teacher , what a doll ,and what a class act . WHEN I am asked were I learn , the first thing that I suggest is BUTTERFLY SPANISH .I EVEN send Spanish speaking people your way to learn English . EVERYBODY loves watching a BUTTERFLY \\ANNA// , MAY many years of fun and happiness follow you . I AM sure you have helped millions have a better day . \\\\THANK YOU ENDLESSLY ,.
Que Maestra ! y Que Actriz ! Anna, you are a great teacher and a great actress! You make learning Spanish so much fun. I enjoy your teachings so much. Thank you!
She can be bipolar, very excited in making presentation, very original, very creative, and born to shine. But the down side is she is susceptible to emotional downs when she cannot do it. Hope it never happens.
I love this channel, I am an Australian living in San Luis Potosi. I have found Butterfly Spanish to be a great help in improving my Spanish. Muchísimas Gracias Ana!
I just love learning Spanish with you Ana. You are such a real drama queen (funny actress), Que actriz! Lol. I really enjoy your lessons. As Mohit Malav said, a mi tambien. You make learning fun and easy. You are naturally a great teacher, fun person and muy Hermosa. Keep up the great works Ana. muchisimas gracias.
Ana, you teach Spanish so well and on top of that your knowledge of English language is also so well. That makes learning from you is much more fun and easy.
much appreciated Anna for your teachings , you are awesome and my great Spanish teacher online. I wish if you could add English text next to the Spanish writing that would be easier for leaners to memorize these vocabularies. I found those other videos that you wrote English next to it did help me memorize those much quicker and easier. Again , thank you so much for sharing your teachings.
You are a great teacher! Just started watching your channel. Where do you recommend to watch from. In what order would be most beneficial? Gracias profesora Anna!
You know her videos are working when you open the video and can read the board from context you've learned from other videos😅 thank you so much. Your videos are helping past that intermediate hump of bordom and feeling like I'm not progressing. Your videos are showing me that I know a lot more than I think I do, but I just need to get used to using it!
Dear Ana, I like your lessons very much. I enjoy to learn new things about Spanish language. You are always in such good mood. It is fantastic. I m also teacher, I try to teach in that happy way like you. Many greetings from GERMANY
Hi. I love your videos. Thank you for posting them. I have a question related to this lesson. I am wondering if you know a Spanish word/phrase equivalent for the word "cute", or, phrases "how cute", and "That is so cute".
¡Qué lindo!/¡Qué precioso! Especially if you wish to refer to a child, a kitten, etc. And also if someone has done something nice, or you find someone's accent cute, or think a dress is pretty, things like that. Also ¡Qué guapo! if you are meaning it in the sense pretty. Then in Argentina you might hear ¡Qué rico! Then, if you want to say cute in the sense a hot woman/a hot man, you may use 'chula'/'chulo' in most parts of Latin America (not in Chile, where chula is a slang for something else not at all related to women, and in Spain it would be considered vulgar/lower class). In Spain you may hear the word mono/mona, like 'Una chica muy mona' (A very cute girl). Funny, because mono means monkey :)
Almost there, but, alas, not even here! What I found lacking in language teaching is the course where they teach us swear like a sailor. But seriously, I would like to see something about past tenses. That actually is what I often find lacking in language teaching: the teacher stays in present tense very long time and avoids past and future. But in real conversations how much do you use present? Very little, because you mostly speak about what you (or somebody else) did or what you are going to do. So past and future are important to actually use the language in real conversations. If it's hard, so be it. The earlier you start, the faster you master it.
Ana, have you done a lesson where you explain when to use que for 'that' and eso for 'that'? By the way, thank you very much for these lessons. They're excellent! I have donated. Thank you again.
Muchas Gracias Professora Anna. You possess the innate ability to explain well and to make learning an enjoyable experience. God bless you Professora Anna.👌🏽👌🏽🙏❤
My daughter HATES her Spanish teacher, but she loves the language. I wish you were her teacher. Thank you so much for this resource, it really is invaluable.

Similar to guapo(a), depending on whether we are saying to/about male/female, should it be lindo(a), delicioso(a), sabroso(a), rico(a), precioso(a), bello(a), bonito(a) ? I think yes but just wanted to get confirmation. Thanks in advance for all the helpful responses.
Qué sorpresa!!! the use of "Qué padre" is almost similar to the way we say it in the Malay language. We say "Bapak ah" where bapak means father..and its similar to something like "Woww" .. jajajajaja
It's sad that some people here are making inappropriate comment regarding this amazing lady who is teaching Spanish for free to us all. Please show respect.
