VW is always an eye catcher. I remember Jetta n Passat were the high end cars. When they used to pass by i always used to feel wow what a car ! I also love Troc ! It's originally European design. Looks like mini Audi
In Ranchi a three govt officials have T roc and all are in different shades for my surprise the road presence is killer I have seen 10 T -roc so far there but looks is so elegant that it gonna look fresh even in 2080
T-ROC in Europe also comes with a four wheel drive option. Despite being an admirer of this car and how lovely it is I wonder if VW has shipped unsold two wheel drive variants in Europe to make profits here in India. Omitting cruise control & not giving two hoots about cooled seats (instead of heated) adds to my belief.
Bro European countries get snow on their roads during winter so they need 4wd or awd in snowy and black ice road conditions. We don’t need that in a tropical country

But the company would have incurred more cost to manufacture a seat without heating function, so they left it as it is and also didn’t bother to install ventilated seats. But look at the brand now, they are making India specific products and exporting it to global markets, surely we can appreciate these efforts?
I have one question Which carmaker was ranked no 1 in 2022? Volkswagen. Hyundai is not even in the top 5. Then why are you comparing? ( vw group. Skoda, Seat, Audi, Scania, Man, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bugati and Bentley)
Either parts will be available in service center, if not then it will come from PUNE and if not there as well, they will come from Europe as a back order. No parts issue if you are willing to wait.

After a year also it feels brand new n drive is as exciting. Yes now many new good cars available but yet would buy t roc. Btw people has asked me to sell it to them on the roads randomly too. VW shud launch facelifted variant in India by next year.

No doubt VW is solid, I have polo 2015 ,, driving dynamics is awesome, but the big negatives are spare parts.
