Alpha considers himself a pretty confident dude -- he feels good interacting and engaging. But he can get shy and awkward when he's around a lot of people he doesn't know. The first part is 6 tricks he uses; the second part is an exercise that you can practice to get over the fear of rejection.
CONQUERING THAT FEAR!
1. Find your outfit of awesomeness -- you wear this outfit of awesomeness, and you feel confident. It's a transformation when you put it on. Alpha's outfit of awesomeness is a leather jacket, Chelsea boots, simple tee, medium or dark wash jeans, and ENEMY sunglasses. ENEMY is also selling custom rings like Alpha's now!
2. Use Alpha's body language trick -- put your phone away to take yourself to the next level. Cross your arms instead -- yes, it's standoffish, but it's not making you look shy & awkward.
3. Make eye contact -- don't avoid eye contact as you look weak, submissive, and shy. If you can't bring yourself to looking into someone's eyes, look at their eyebrows.

Thank you for making this for use shy dudes. I'm super shy and one of the things I hate most. I mean don't get me wrong I know how to stand for myself when need be but wish I had more confidence. These tips ate definitely a start to get me on track to building my confidence. It's so easy to stay in your comfort zone because it's what you're use too and it feels good but you have to learn to step out of that comfort zone and get comfortable with being uncomfortable and that's what I'm working. To all my shy brothers out there... we can do this. We're all in this together.

When can I stop changing myself for people to stop looking “shy”? I just want to be myself. My parents told me when I was younger “if someone doesn’t like you or have anything nice to say they can fuck off” I live by that.
Crossed arms can also look defensive. Better arms behind your back, clasp your wrist with your other hand. Makes you look open and unafraid, also improves posture by automatically broadening your shoulders and pushing your chest out.

I really feel fortunate to watch and realize that even with my toxic behaviors, I still got the basis 🌟 And I'll get more hints to get hype and reduce my toxicity! Because I am toxic! Just wanted to ad that it depends on where u live and the type of crowd.nowadays looking diffrent and being bigger makes you stand out so dialing down in certain crowds could be benefivial.jealousy and paranoia is triggered in our socueties while norms are being pushed in the opposite direction of functioning .
If your darker and buff u need to smile more in these abouts.fear is induced constantly as a contingency measure and conformilty as identity protectionism flows all over.
Women respond to being with another women and men get insecure or competetive at mre sight of opposite genders smiling together.
I believe charm is key to handling the tense atmosphere.

What really helped me gaining confidence is wearing glasses. I don't know why but I don't really enjoy being looked in the eye. Having a surface above them is giving me the feeling they're covered.

thats true last part where he said if ur shy and u put ur self out there it will go away in time... I started going to the gym this month I was rly shy now I walk the gym like I own it... (I always worked out just not in the gym so I got cut fast) I also joined dance class today, and looks like I am gonna have a lot of friend girls. They said bye to me on my first day O.O I was RLY RLY NERVOUS! but I DID IT! and I know its only gonna get better once I learn the dance moves. :)

Its really hard to look at somebody’s eyebrows to become confident because, well apparently, alot of my classmates shaved their brows and idk why but they all messed up their shaving and it made it unsymmetrical, Like the other is longer and the other shorter, it makes me laugh

The main thing, that causes me to be shy, is worrying that I will subconsciously give someone a look, or do something, that will make them feel bad. Or, someone, at work, and, I’m worried that I fucked something up, or forgot something, and, am now going to get yelled at. But, aside from people at work, I’m, typically, not scared of others, but, am only afraid that I will, unintentionally, offend them, in some way. I also am autistic, which, means that I struggle to understand social situations.

Ew. People that claim to be “Alpha” are cringe. I had a bully in high school who thought he was cool picking on me because I was big and didn’t talk. After months of him tormenting me I flipped, grabbed him by the neck, and was attempting to kick his legs from under him to stomp on his fingers and break them.
4 varsity football players rushed in to try and pry me off his neck to no avail. I gave up once the security guard “ Tank” started lumbering towards me out of my peripherals. He couldn’t look me in the eye after that day.
Self-improvement without trying to constantly 1up others is the way to go. Either you look like a dick always flexing or you bump into someone more “Alpha” once they’ve had enough of your shit
