The Salmo bread glitch was referenced in Young Scroll’s song “WATCH OUT!!!” “Don’t let Salmo get his bread/ Or he might be rich but we’ll all be dead!”
I have seen a lot of Elder Scrolls videos with random facts and details, and I am glad to see a lot of new unique things I have actually never heard of.
Fun Fact: Todd Howard voiced either Sanguine or Clavicus Vile in Oblivion. Apparently he was supposed to be a place holder and they chose to keep him in 😂
And on Jauffre’s death, the fourth and *OOF* final sword gets added to the wall above the fireplace. 😂 The comedic timing of your videos always gets me.
10:22 - You forgot to mention the Enchantment master trainer who not only resides in an alternate dimension(?) but is also hostile, forcing the player to use the command humanoid spell to access his services, making Morrowind the most interesting and creative game in the series.
I realize now that I was playing this game for 10 years straight and did it wrong. I was like “it is this way because the developers did so”. I didn’t feel that morrowind was THIS deep. To every tiniest detail…
4:30 I have actually experienced that when I first played as an imperial woman, I left the dagon shrine via console and lived the normal oblivion life just as a mythic dawn member. Then in combat she shouted those lines and I was confused I always thought there was some agents close by it took a while for me to realize that its my character 🤣
If possible I would love to see some multiplayer Morrowind with you and justbackgroundnoise Maybe a challenge based around two players ? Like locking yourselves on the mainland and doing that quest line together to defeat the overpowered lich Harder starting area with two people might have a nice balance to it
Mariah Carey wearing a Colovian Fur Helm and clutching Sunder and Keening was not something I ever thought I'd see...but I'm happy to have seen it all the same.
In Morrowind probably everyone met Dratha's hatred of men, but there is also Ahnassi in Pelagiad that has series of quests that can be completed only if you play as a male. Other than that there are also few dialogues that are altered depending on selected sex. On character creation, selecting your sex also changes some of the attributes you start with, for example female Argonians start with 10 more intelligence and willpower, but 10 less speed and agility.
Yesterday i played Morrowind and noticed, that when you block hit with imperial shield you can see that there are some marks inside. Like - how much enemies were defeated while wearing it
The level of detail and care in Morrowind's world building always impresses me. I feel like I learn new facts about the game and the level of attention to detail that the developers put into it, every time I watch a new video about or featuring it. It is sad that such care and detail has not really been matched in any Elder Scrolls game since.
With the page to bucket one, I like to think of it as Mehrunes Dagon panicking when he senses the last surviving page being damaged, grabs the nearest object and pulls a switcheroo in a moment of sheer Panic 😂
Keep it up with this almost asmr like style of elder scrolls lore content, I can already tell you're going to have a fairly successful go at this youtube thing, nice work.
My theory about the giant objects in the palace is that they are a reference to the Thief games, specifically the infamous "the sword" level with where you encounter a giant room full of oversized objects. You enter the palace basement during the thieves' guild quest, and also Emil Pagliarulo (who wrote the dark brotherhood and probably contributed to the thieves' guild) worked as a level designer on the Thief series.
I would love to see more Morrowind videos, whether it be challenge runs or just a regular playthrough, because I like your editing style and commentary, and I just started getting in to Morrowind.
I think one of my umost favorite details is a refrence to the tale of "Three billy goats gruff." I forget where this happens but there is a bridge you will cross in Skyrim and you will be met with three goats scampering away at a fast speed from a path leading under the bridge, if you inspect underneath you will find a very dead troll. Love that one.
The book turning into a bucket isn't a mysterious detail, it's just a glitch. The bucket is a placeholder object for things that don't exist in the game's code. The Mysterium Xarxes doesn't have a burned version so burning it turns it into the placeholder object
Another small detail is that one of the Gladiators from Morrowind says she'll move to Anvil after an unmarked quest. You can find said Gladiator in the Anvil fighter's Guild. Llensi Llaram is her name.
I always pay the guy, then enchant the hat and call it 10,000 gold. The encounter can happen multiple times, even after you've killed him for trying to double dip.
I don't know if this counts, but I remember the NPC behind the counter at the inn where everybody's gear increases quality with your leveling. If you kill that character and drag their body around the room, it will fly back to behind the counter from pretty much anywhere.
I'm not sure what's a hidden detail in these games since I tend to just wander around and find things (and then way later find out that they were part of some quest I never got)
Maybe its just coincidence, but I kinda feel like the Morrowind wolves deliberately look like Arena's wolves, at least in that distinctive, fox-like head shape with the pronounced chin tufts. With Daggerfall just... not having normal wolves, it seems like they may have been trying to go for an aesthetic consistency
The ones from Morrowind make me so sad. They're thoughtful elements of a living world with many interesting factions and lots of amazing environmental storytelling. It feels like if you want to make a truly thought-out world it's hard to make an open world with full voice acting, high graphical burden etc. etc.
"12 Amazing Details in Elder Scrolls Games!" first three aren't even details, they're bugs. 3:05 also, back in the day iirc it was only if you burnt the page
I can't believe a game as stable as Oblivion would ever crash.
The Salmo bread glitch was referenced in Young Scroll’s song “WATCH OUT!!!”
“Don’t let Salmo get his bread/
Or he might be rich but we’ll all be dead!”
On the other hand Salmo has the best sweetrolls in town. And I could east sweetrolls all my life. That'd be fine with me.
and also in Young Scroll's "Running in Circles" song, where it says around 0:44 into the video "Tip: DO NOT GIVE SALMO ANY BREAD!!!"
Salmo: now I am become Eater of Bread, destroyer of worlds
destroyer of loaves*
Better than the white screen glitch. Flooding BGS customer support mail slot with crash data is still funny.
I have seen a lot of Elder Scrolls videos with random facts and details, and I am glad to see a lot of new unique things I have actually never heard of.
3:07 Cue Vinny screaming "'Bucket'?!? What do you mean, 'bucket'!?"
Fun Fact: Todd Howard voiced either Sanguine or Clavicus Vile in Oblivion. Apparently he was supposed to be a place holder and they chose to keep him in 😂
Definitely clavicus with his shitty hat.
He should have went into VA that PR, sooo much held farts would be properly released with unfinished dialogs!
He voiced clavicus vile they just pitched his voice up a ton so it sounds like a chipmunk with an echo filter on
And on Jauffre’s death, the fourth and *OOF* final sword gets added to the wall above the fireplace. 😂 The comedic timing of your videos always gets me.
just want to to say thank you for putting in the effort to have proper captions, they really help!
deaf gang ✊

Justbackgroundnoise mentioned your channel in his stream earlier and here you are returning. Nice
Two great Elder Scrolls channels. :D
I can't believe famously trustworthy character Silus Vesuius would lie about having a page of the Mysterium Xarxes like that! What a scoundrel
You really think somebody would do that? Just use alteration to lie like that?
Not even two seconds in and I spit my water out from laughter. Nice. Subbed.

Then in combat she shouted those lines and I was confused I always thought there was some agents close by it took a while for me to realize that its my character 🤣
I never knew about the Katanas in Cloud Ruler! That's pretty cool!
If possible I would love to see some multiplayer Morrowind with you and justbackgroundnoise

I know there's a bandit who asks women for a kiss, while demanding money if you're a dude.

Oh shit it’s Mehrunes Mike!
The Daedric lord of notifications!
With the page to bucket one, I like to think of it as Mehrunes Dagon panicking when he senses the last surviving page being damaged, grabs the nearest object and pulls a switcheroo in a moment of sheer Panic 😂
YEEES, lsst night I watched both of your videos and I was scared thinking you'd never upload a gain!
What a gift to wake up to

Great video! Been playing Elder Scrolls games religiously since 2003 and even I learned something! :D
Hello mr deadric sir, this video was a banger, more please
Some of these are new to me. Great video! Just subbed.
I would love to see more Morrowind videos, whether it be challenge runs or just a regular playthrough, because I like your editing style and commentary, and I just started getting in to Morrowind.
I love how straightforward this guy is!
I had no idea about the katanas. Lol. Now that's a deep cut.
I think one of my umost favorite details is a refrence to the tale of "Three billy goats gruff." it didn't click with me that all of the businesses in Mistress Dratha's town are female, but that's a really good detail
This video was absolutely great. I'd love to see more like this in the future.

10:29: I finished Oblivion at least 4 times (main story + all the guilds) but I DID NOT know that! Cool little detail, thanks!
great video. as much as i love morrowind and oblivion and the hours i put into skyrim, I didnt know any of this.
also, you sound just like vaatividya
Love your videos❤ even something like this has a huge level of detail and attention❤ can't wait to have more challenge runs or more videos like this❤
That bandit at the end is way smarter then other bandits. He saw an opportunity and took it.
That argonian dude tracked me to the top of the throat of the world to give me that hat
Mehrunes Mike ! How we missed you!
3:09 "Bucket!?! Whaddayamean bucket!"
Another small detail is that one of the Gladiators from Morrowind says she'll move to Anvil after an unmarked quest.
You can find said Gladiator in the Anvil fighter's Guild.
Llensi Llaram is her name.
Man I love your vids so much.
I never knew about the dragon summon, and I thought I knew everything about Skyrim, thanks
New fav youtuber, keep The channel up my dude
mm, yeah, Todd "don't fix it, cut it" Howard probably personally ordered the deletion of bread from that poor elf's inventory
oh my god the mariah jumpscare cracked me up
cool chill video thanks for uploading
I could die for Salmo’s baking…
And so could he, apparently.
FINALLY some sht I didn't know! Thanks!
Loved the format of Morrowind -> Oblivion -> Skyrim

I'd love more vids like this
Welcome back !
YOOOOOO NEW MEHRUNES MIKE DROPPED

I bet you could do a great Sean Bean impression. You are SO close already in this video. Just a bit deeper.
1:02 😂
Eh kinda cool
Sounded incredibly sean bean in the beginning, my friend
Everyone shut up, its a new Mehrunes Mike video.
Legit thought I clicked on a Fudgemuppet video for a moment.
I'm not surprised that the dragon shows up in Blackreach. I mean, you're at the dwemer forum and you yell at the dragon.
I only recently found azura in skyrim lol
"12 Amazing Details in Elder Scrolls Games!" first three aren't even details, they're bugs. 3:05 also, back in the day iirc it was only if you burnt the page
also Salmo is sometimes referred to as a "she" in game by some NPC's
did Martin Septim narrate this video
