In this video I go over everything I wish I knew before I started breastfeeding. I hope that this helps to simplify some things and ease your mind. It can be such a wonderful experience if you know what to expect.
An extra note I forgot to add that is VERY important:
It does get easier as baby gets older. Around the 3 month mark our milk regulates but that was also when I saw a huge improvement in Graham’s ability to latch easily and in my ability to not be frazzled by everything new.
*I did not add any bottle tips as I solely had nursing tips on my mind apparently but we had 2 types of bottles we loved. The Lansinoh bottles were our favorite while Graham was small and had a smaller mouth at the time. Around the 3 month mark he was able to take the Boone Nursh bottles better and we used those from then on. With any bottle you choose you want to make sure that you have the nipple with the smallest hole and be sure to pace feed!*
