    For getting exact TVs on my tem without spending any money I would typically use proteins until going just over and then equip eraser to go down one at a time until an exact number, it doesn’t save much money sure but outfits are expensive and fashion is the true endgame

    Here's hoping this guide helps out. Finding good spots to grind can be annoying but useful.
    If you don't mind me adding something Zizare gives 3 Defense after defeating them. There's a cave where the Osukai shrine is that has them in the level 40s. The Grumvel work well too for HP but Blooze does give out more, I think.
    Lastly new players will have to battle the Belsoto to get the coward's cloak. I learned the hard way back in February 2020.
    Thank you for this video and your research. May this year bless you and stay safe.

    • @Millarz
      @Millarz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks :) Oh you're right I probably should have mentioned the belsoto onslaught to get the coward's cloak ^^' The problem with zizare is it doesn't have a great encounter rate for TV training purposes. Stay safe to you too!

    I am somewhat new to Temtem as I just found time to play the game a lot more recently! About the Telomere hacks, is there a limit on how many you can feed to your luma? Is/are there better way(s) to get these (Telomere hacks) instead of the daily missions?

    • @Millarz

    @Evochron 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Three things missed
    1) re: mistakes in TV training- the Eraser
    2) you can *technically* train 3 TV temtems at once by swapping the temtem with proteins out to another temtem that doesn't have the cowards cloak equipped
    3) the nessla pool at Turquesa is a good place to train because you can also double dip and catch some nessla (which also gives spdef TVs)

    • @Litecube15
      @Litecube15 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      tv training 3 tems at once isn't very efficient because it uses up a lot of time waiting for the animation. and yes, the nessla pool is technically a bit better but that doesn't really do much because nessla only has a 10% encounter rate. there's no need to get into the minor details about what she happened to miss in this video because she still explains some of the best strategies that will surely help new players.

    • @Millarz
      @Millarz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Evochron For number 1, I did mention that fruits and candies can be used to remove TVs. For 2, true it is technically possible, but it's impractical enough that I didn't think it was worth mentioning. For 3, I actually didn't know that place existed :o You have a point. It's not a bad place to TV train if you're using a tukai. I might do that from now on instead of windward fort. Only problem with it is it looks quite far from the airship, though so is the normal fomu spot. Thanks for sharing that spot

    • @Evochron
      @Evochron 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Millarz Eraser's just an extra way without having to spend pansun is all.
      Practicality is something that I feel you should let the player decide on and just provide the options in particular if you're looking to train 3 vs train 4: in a train 4 scenario, it **might** be faster to do the proteins + cloak twice but if you're doing 3's it might be faster to do the swap (especially if you're doing the ohko in the first place); I don't have the times on it but it'd be an interesting experiment to see. (I mean... of course the *actual* most efficient way is just jam 'em full of fruits and candies)
      One more thing to consider for water temtem based training spots: fishing rod is a consistent encounter speed vs walking around in circles is random

    • @Evochron
      @Evochron 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Litecube15 consider this: if you're max training spdef with proteins and cowards cloak and swapping mid way through, you're looking at approximately 170 temtem's. that's 17 nessla's on average still.

    • @Litecube15
      @Litecube15 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Evochron I think you're totally right on this, it's definitely more efficient. I just feel bad for Millarz who just worked so hard on this video only to find out that someone has commented on all of the nitty gritty details that she missed. It's not a good feeling.
