Those gutters and fascias really do clean up well I've just done a video using Virosol but I tend to use Ubik2000 most the time

Thank you, yeh I was looking at UBIK a couple of months ago after seeing Squeaky clean dave use it, but I needed it next day so I got the screwfix no nonsense stuff which I use for most jobs 🤣
How did you get on with virosol?

Looks good. What chemicals did you use?

Thanks, the only chemical I use is the screwfix nonsense degreaser, I use it all on all first cleans and on Facias and soffits.

@@seeitcleanltd-aylesbury I’ve been trying to decide on what to get - ubik, virisol or Screwfix degreaser. My issue with the ubik and virisol is that Ive heard if you leave it on for too long it can discolour the upvc. Can the degreaser do the same?

Hi Phil how much would you charge for cleaning fascia and soffits????? When I tell customers it's £100 it seems to expensive for them, but I don't see the point to charge less for this kind of job (hate doing this to be honest).

Hey Damian, Thanks for your comment.
Depends which part of the country you are in and how much work you have, if your not busy then charge less just to get the money in.
They can be a pain to do in many ways especially if they are white.
Everyone has a different perception on what they think is going to happen / how long it will take. So I always go in to detail and explain to the customer what we are going to do, what tools we use and estimate how long it will take to complete.
With this I would always recommend inspecting their gutters to see if they need them clearing out always as again you can add extra revenue.
When quoting I always explain to customers that I might not be the cheapest but I guarantee that I will always do the best job and will take my time to ensure that they get the end result that they want. (regardless of the service I am offering)
For the bulk of my previous career I was a car sales man and then sales manager and we always focussed on building value in the product so we could justify the price.

That looked like you managed to get to do both sides of a semi detached? gfs can be good earners if a bit taxing on body. It would be good to see you cleaning. Cheers

The plan was to include some cleaning footage but unfortunately the quality wasn't great, but this is something I will start to add at a later date.
