Nice jobs, did you try and offer chemical cleaning at a higher price? How are you advertising the PW service or is it just to your existing customers?

Thanks, at the moment I am not offering chemical treatments...most of the jobs are good enough to clean with just water.
Advertising wise, its existing customers and local FB groups.

How do you price your jobs? Do you charge per hour or per individual job?
Hey, thanks for the comment…so sorry for the delay in replying.
With every job, we price it based on completing the job to the agreed outcome with the customer.
But always in the back of your mind, you should have an estimate of how long you think it will take…
I personally wouldn’t tell the customer how long you think it will take, from my own experience they then expect a discount if it takes less time then you said.

Unfortunately yes, however we factored this in to the price / time.
Did you re-sand the slabs after?

On paving slabs no, its just clean only.
I have done some re jointing for one customer who purchased the easy joint and charged them a day rate to spend the day re jointing.
With block pave drives, we always resand after cleaning.
