      Unify the education system & improve other welfares of the next generation.
      Integrate traditional grassroots values & religion "properly" so that they won't be racist, corrupt or dishonest in their work as adults in the future.
      Rather than patching up the current issues with old greedy & chauvinistic dinosaurs, we play the long term game for the benefit of the middle aged for their old times, and younger generation for their future.

    There are still many people struggle to make ends meets in this country, climate change and certain environmental issues should be the least important thing to care about. Almost all developed country has undergone pollution issues during their economic growth, this is something inevitable transition from a developing country to a developed country.

    • @shriramvenu

      "should be the least important thing to are about" - thats your ignorance showing. climate change and environmental issue are at the heart of many of young people's problems - from food price to traffic and transport to healthcare and jobs

    • @jeremyzang6291
      @jeremyzang6291 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +18

      @@shriramvenui agree with the top comment. Its hard to talk about the climate to people that struggle to put food on the table. These talks should be done after Malaysia becomes much more stable, in leadership, economy and etc. I see EV (Electric vehicles) driven by a few people nowadays, and im all for the government going for that, but what about the other sectors that need attention? Lets not talk about the city but the rural areas, their education, electricity, internet and etc needs better improvement.
      The people of Malaysia has lost trust in our government, why not win back the people's trust first before tackling such a grandiose situation.

      I do agree one of our country's focus should be on the people's wellbeing. I can also suggest a way for the government to improve wellbeing and contribute to climate change issue by overhauling the whole transportation system so that it is more logical to use public transport, and making pedestrian walkways/biking more useful.
      I disagree with the notion that pollution is inevitable because this is mostly attributed to big businesses brushing aside pollution as an issue as it doesn't concern their bottomline

    • @ngkhaijie
      @ngkhaijie 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

    As much as i care for climate change, I’m afraid this path they are embarking on is a losing one.
    I’m afraid the citizens’ main concern is not about the climate.
    B40s are worried bout putting food on their table.
    I think they should champion a livelihood issue and after they get elected, they can work on the climate issues.

    Great to see MUDA coming up as an independent force on the scene, providing more checks and balances to the leading players in our political ecosystem, and presenting themselves as a viable option to voters with their ideals and beliefs to transform our current system for good. Whether they're gonna succeed in the pursuit of their goals is another question on its own, but their will and courage in pushing for change and in painting a picture of an alternative Malaysia are, by themselves, worth applauding for already. But I see politics is about tactics and connections. No doubts, we need the seniors politicians to do the cleaning work now to lay the foundation for the future generation. But if you watch interviews from other YB, you will realised talking about idea is easy but execution requires tactics. There must be alternatives, acceptance from people etc etc to form that ecosystem to achive it and it is not easy to make nation wide to accept things especially now the opposition is not talking about policies but 3rs. We cannot buldoze our way to implement things. Is like dumping a frog into hot water. Vote wisely guys.

    With the Madani Economic Narrative (MEN), the unity govt has set in place a wholistic approach towards national economic development. With the state govts moving in line with the federal govt, much can be achieved. Give the govt the 5 years to achieve what they set out to do. Let your votes go to PH-BN in the state election. Don't let the local issues & anger cloud your judgement. See the big picture. If the local issues don't meet with your expectation or you find it didn't get anywhere, escalate it upward to the relevant ministry or to the PM with data driven analysis, if posdible, to back up your case. That would be a better way to get the matter resolved.

    The problem is most people still support madanon eventhought major finance provider already wrote to their customer that "they didnt see any solid policy dan vision from madanon gomen.." hahahaha..
    During covid time and post-covid where everybody struggle for living, there is a lot of support between goverment and finance institution..
    Madanon is the first minister where bank services questioned his policy thru customer mail..

    "Political will", go to any pasar malam or pasar pagi or even your typical mamak, everything from plates to our teh ais bungkus uses plastic that cannot be recycled. Also, these climate change and political messages could be interpreted as a western agenda itself as most of these hawkers earn a living by selling us RM 3.00 air bungkus and literally poluting the environment. The issue isn't political will, but an issue of racial, ethnic, cultural divide, and income parity that is inherent in Malaysia as a country.

    4) Strengthening thr Ringgit

    I think youth empowered is very important to keep pushing forward for the feature.
    However too much talk about "Green" & "Environment", does not sound too attractive, for short terms.
    However it is great they point out green energy help bring big tech company to invest in Malaysian.
    Which is great, they should forces on the points that will benefit economy but also "Green Environment", to gain support.
    Not the another way around, to reduce the image of muda, spending unnecessary money on "green" while everyone living worrier on their pocket.
    Not saying "Green" is bad, just we wont feel the benefit, until we lose "Green".

    Sorry but he does not get it. Yes the system is not good and too many weak politicians. But it also begin with feudal dependencies. You cannot make strong politicians from feudal masses. And yes the feudal dependencies starts from original inequality but entitlement never solve real inequality, only industry does, only self reliance does.

    It's understandable that new electoral candidates will usually pick on issue(s) that remained unresolved by the incumbent. To be fair to the incumbent, he/she may have resolved many issues earlier but certain realities & financial constraints necessitate that critical ones be resolved first. I don't think climate change issue is ignored by the incumbent. It's just one of the pending issues that will take time due to certain factors.

    • @ngkhaijie

      The fundamental issues are not resolved, bcoz of 2 reasons I can think of. The power sharing gov and the voter base. If you abolish the quota system for example, you will anger a majority of the population, which will be political suicide. If they are not in power, then who's gonna do the reform?

    Not just education. Malaysian wants 1. Equality of everything in balance for all government levels (All major to lower tier government). No special privileged race base but all races inclusive. No race base sabotage the economic advancement of other races 2. Jobs and high standards Salary a) Standard Pension, not epf but citizen's secondary private pension $1,500 × 480 Installments (40 years plan) × compounding growth 2.5 times to 3 times the principal pension fund at age 55. Meaning all citizens start their private pension fund at 15+40 years = 55.
