Oversupply is the reason for the non volatility in malaysia market, not due to policy measures.

Would You do a programm about the state of Property Management in Malaysia ?
There seems to be massive abuses by Property managers, Committees in various Estates.
Written as an Opinion, without Prejudice

Wah.... so hard sell from an expert in malaysian
    Property investment.
To say singapore Property invetment is volatile compared to malaysia is bias.... audience please do some research and due diligence on roi.
If u invest in KL city Property recently like the last 5 yrs... many of us will be crying.
Rental return n occupancy rate is also a joke.
Don't listen to salesman talk... do your own research before investing

It's not certain that high-rise property price will increase over time. If landed i am convinced

It all about supply and demand. There is low demand for Malaysia property at the moment.
