To say singapore Property invetment is volatile compared to malaysia is bias.... audience please do some research and due diligence on roi. If u invest in KL city Property recently like the last 5 yrs... many of us will be crying. Rental return n occupancy rate is also a joke. It's not certain that high-rise property price will increase over time. If landed i am convinced
It all about supply and demand. There is low demand for Malaysia property at the moment.
Never invest in msia property.
1) unstable currency
2) unstable gov
3) poor wages
4) corruption
5) crime (theft, housebreaking)
6) drama land
