It's helpful to watch these testimonials. The charismatic Christians call it "edification" which puts you in a state of mind that makes you realize healing (abundance, relationships, etc) is possible. This opens your spirit up to believing, and then receiving for yourself. This is when miracles happen.

I totally get this. When i first discovered Dr joe, it was both the combination of his teaching and the testimonials that inspired me. When I’d feel hopeless and doubtful, I’d watch the testimonials and it would convince me healing was possible!

Very important and valuable information dr Joe gives at the end. Concerning people with arythmia/tachycardia etc that experience a worsening of that during the meditation. Helps a lot to be less afraid. Thank you!!!

I had this for years, brought on by stress and the feeling of not belonging as I moved countries. Got better with yoga and went away when I was expecting my daughter. The doctors said ‘it doesn’t just go away’ but it did.

Hi Garcia ! :-) WOW!!! You tell your story so so so beautifully and as we listen to you we are right there with you experiencing it too! The most beautiful statement you made is "I just let go and surrendered" and your body just became its normal self again. PROOF POSITIVE about the power of meditation!!! WOW!!! Thank you thank you thank you for taking the time to talk to all of us in the beautiful video. ALSO a special shout out to our hero Dr. Joe for explaining at the end of your talk...why this happens and it is fairly common these days plus what we should do. In this MEGA fast paced world we live in nowadays, this video was truly a "landmark video". Many many many thanks to you and our beloved Dr. Joe. May source watch over you Garcia and care for you ALWAYS 🙏

@@salvexsalvex-uq5urI really don't know your answer but Dr. Joe has said that it doesn't matter what meditation it is, he has specified that it can be whatever it is as long as with your heart and elevated emotions for example blessing of the energy centers or cardiac coherence both meditations are on TH-cam

If I knew all this a year ago maybe I could save my husband who went through 2 heart surgeries and a heal of a year .
Now I'm working on getting him to go to Dr .Joe Dispenza week workshop because I truly believe if we go we can avoid the 3rd surgery that is in the plane for my husband and that is a heart transplant.

Omg I am paying such close attention cause she discribes what I've been feeling. Then I giggle cause I know what Joe says is right. I was born with 2 holes in my heart and I guess since I could remember that's who I was. Then as I was entering my teen years I experience my first abnormal heart beat. I said something is wrong. It's real and serious! No one listened that night, blamed me. Then by next day they had to send me to the hospital. Doctor said I had an open valve. Said I can close it is I wish. So myself as a 13 year old made the decision to go for it. They said I would live with it for the rest of my life if I didn't. I was good in life till After till I had my first child, my heart went nuts. Then I thought back. And felt so alone. They had no help. Said I had to see specialist in near future. By then I was drowning myself in alcohol and now I think it was to ignore my body. Fast forward to my first born 3rd birthdY
It came back. But different, my heart was beating 210 beats per min and my body was calm. I felt broken. Because of where we live, I got to the hospital 2 hours later and was told it was in my head. Ever since then until not long ago I only kept myself calm because they said it was anxiety and I later found my own way to control it. I lived like that for 13 years. I now know I need to let myself go. I am in my early stages of understanding. So excited, happy, full gratitude, love, deep love for everyone which I always had but this love has no hate no difference. I want to let go and eccept naturally.

Omg me too. I always fall asleep. I can not stay awake for nothing. I have always been the type that I stare at the ceiling for hours in order to go to sleep but as soon as I tried to start meditating, the sleep crap started happening and nothing I do keeps me awake. I have tried at all times of day. I have drank triple espresso drinks from star bucks before hand. I have tried in the bathtub, the shower, in the light, in the dark......every scenario imaginable and nothing. You are not alone

That's exactly when your meditation starts, the moment all the thoughts arise & tell You: "you're not doing it right" or whatever the mind tells You. Just be aware of it & keep observing You being aware of all the noise the mid makes.
      Blessings! Namaste!!

Is the feeling you need in order to attract, the feeling you get when you meditate? I find it difficult to get the feeling aspect down because I’m not sure how to trigger the feeling of a specific experience. I can on the other hand meditate and feel good and in conjunction visualize. But I can only do this during meditation is this ok?

Just allow yourself to feel the space, this in order for you to calm the analytical mind. The rest wil come to you, so to speak - just surrender to the experience and feel things happening th-cam.com/video/Lwj0gicr34I/w-d-xo.html It works best if you read the literature (for example you could start with "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" and then do the Space - Body-Parts Meditation)...but perhaps you know this...Good luck!

Normal meditation is peaceful for me. It's when going with Dr Joe's and following the prompts (some by memory after a while), connecting with the surrender or creation is where the emotion just flows through me.
