- After living with severe back pain for decades, Rudrani began doing Dr Joe's meditations and experienced relief very quickly. She also used Dr Joe's "Change" practice throughout each day to change her old patterns of thinking and feeling.
She is so "real". To be 70 and doing this work, gives me so much hope. I am 65 and been meditating for 3 weeks, 3 hours a day. She is really sweet. Thanks Rudrani

I really, really, really love this. I am 63 and just currently using Dr. Joe's method. It is hard for me to meditate for longer than 15 minutes, but I will get there! 💖
I'm just surprised at how many testimonials I go through whenever I look for one for more motivation in my daily practice. She is amazing and so motivating! My deepest thanks for sharing.
I like also the one the lady in wheelchair...She said maybe 5 sentences, didnt talk of past much but I replayed the video more times...because I felt humility from it from her situation. Its interesting teaching.

Conscious Being I read many reviews on dr. Joe books. There was one who checked up Ramtha and accused dr. Joe for being a part of that cult. He was part of the school as he mentions that without the Ramtha teachings he could have never written the books. I read Ramtha recently and I got really confused. It just hurts so bad to read negative reviews for they destroy people's hopes.
Ariana Sahiti Oh I see! I didn't realize u were referring to Rathma. Honestly I'm super confused about Dr Dispenzas involvement with that particular establishment because it appears to be a little wacko and I don't wish to have any part.
Ariana Sahiti, do you mean you read one of Ramtha`s books recently or did you read reviews of Ramtha? What was confusing? I`m just curious :-) I have listened a lot to Ramtha but never read any of Ramtha`s books yet.
I never read or listened to "Rathma". I seen a lot of information about the lady who runs the school, and the school itself, and none of it seems genuine to me. There is also a lot of controversy around that lady. There is this documentary on Netflix too, of this guy who sees things we can't see (colors, shapes,ect.) on a regular basis and goes on a journey to find out why and what it means-he visits the school and the documentary shows what the place is like.
I somehow got trapped in a downward spiral, whilst I was too busy, being busy, with life and work and surviving. I’ve always, always had the biggest heart and slowly it was disappearing under the weight of my negative creations. I’ve spent the past year in so much pain , yet slowly but surely I’m working everyday to prise my heart back open. I have so much love to give. So much happiness I want to share. I was just wondering if this incredible lady might want to adopt me as her new granddaughter 😁, because this is the kind of gorgeous, inspiring energy a person needs in their life. You’re my hero x❤️

Hi Rudrani, I sincerely hope you read this at some stage. I'm on my second read of BTHOBY. Thank you so much for showing how you applied the BTHOBY meditation and the use of "change", especially using Gandalf's staff on the bridge! :-) I use that part all the time as you did with twinges. I feel my back/hand pain is from my fear. I started the space induction about a month or 2 ago but I started Week 2 meditation in earnest on 26/11/2021, after watching your testimonial. To my delight and surprise on the 27/11/2021 a migraine started for no reason I could think of and I stopped it by doing an induction (space) & heart breathing. On the 08/12/2021, my physio couldn't get a hold of what was going on with my body. There wasn't anything specific she thought she could work on! It is now 10/12/2021 and I've missed 1 meditation but other than that it's every day & I intend never to miss a meditation ever again. Because of Jennifer's, (cancer researcher), testimonial this week, I've also added a daily 15mins of "Heart" gratitude. My resolve is intensifying & I'm diarising everything. I got a twinge between my spine & shoulder blade this morning and sent it packing with your "Gandalf speech"!! There's been all sorts of lovely things happening but my pain reduction & dismissal all came together with your testimonial. Again . . . thank you, thank you, Dr Joe and Rudrani. I did the same thing with a bad case of shingles. I suffered only one day till I realized I could talk to the pain. It dissipates immediately.
I had shingles in my hip 5 years ago. I'm still experiencing a lot of pain from post herpetic neuralgia, which is a major energy drain and has disrupted my life. A few months ago, I learned about Dr.Joe's work. Have read his books and am doing meditations. However, the pain level is not subsiding.
It's good to know that this has helped you and that Rudrani has recovered completely. Maybe there's still hope for me.
