The real question is not whether the zerg was jaedong, but whether the terran was boxer, because that was some pretty horrible M&M micro to loose even after reducing zerg to two bases and muta harass not targeting your workers.
Don't stress it overmuch trying to please the whims of every SC fanatic dude. Just take it in stride and improve at your own pace 😁 I'll bet theres plenty of SC fans like me who arr grateful for these casts. Cheers!

If this was jaedong or boxer, I would be very surprised. Both players made huge mistakes that neither of the aforementioned pros would make imo. Both players in this replay are not pro status. Jaedong wouldn't build a blind colony without scouting. Boxer would not have taken that third without a transport. He wins against better macro. Anyway, this match was disappointing. Neither of them even scout! Sad
disagree, the zerg was pro for sure. very fast on plagues and swarm. he's muta micro wasn't that great so I doubt this was Jaedong. The way how he took a base and left just a basic defence but pops a drone as the hatch dies and lings get the surround. That's something u only see a pro do.
You should do a video where you zoom in on all the units so everyone can see what they really look like. The vulture and turret are just a couple fascinating things you never noticed
Hey Falcon - love your vids! Thanks for the uploads. In response to your statement about how much to talk about strategy vs not, I think a happy medium is just pointing out when the major or overall big strategy happen or fail to happen (which you usually do) as those are always the ones running in people's heads. You usually cover the ones that we can visibly see like when a player changes a tech to counter another player or make a good/bad engagement etc. Some other good ones to get are when players make a fatal mistake that are big shifts in the game, often causing them to win or lose. Here are some I can think of as examples: A player failing to scout a base in time / A player not harassing enough - for example in PvT so often seems a lack of good Arbiter recall results in loss for P / Player not keeping up with upgrades to match opponent mid to late game / APM being seriously lower than opponent consistently the whole game resulting in just less stuff happening over long period of time / Not having an answer for something in time - for example in ZvT the Z player not dealing with Sci Vessels etc. Anyway, I don't know if that helps at all but that's all I got. Maybe. I generally delete replays once I cast them so they don't clutter up my folders, but if you e-mail me and ask nicely, I can maybe dig one up for you if you want it.
If I buy over Blizzard, I will implement three changes. First, Infested Terran Splash Damage Range is increased to that of Reaver's Scarab. Second, Sunken Colonies be returned to 400 HP and 1 Armour. Third and lastly, Ultralisks gain base 3 Armour. I have my reasons for this, if anyone wishes to know, just reply here. Infested Terrans also do full damage while under the Dark Swarm, instead of just Splash Damage. One more thing: Zealots be returned to 80 HP and 80 Shields. And the Scourge should be slightly faster in speed, while finally, the Sunken Colony's attack should be unaffected by Dark Swarm. Perhaps have the Attack Upgrade of the Ultralisks be +4?
21:46 it does show you that it was morphings lings. But after that it just says "Morphing". Even when you go back to the same original egg. Not sure why that is, lol.
Also, I've seen this multiple times now in a few games. I think with Boxer actually. Why does he send in the Science Vessel and then immediately scan over top the Vessel? He does it at the 10:14 and 10:30 mark
He's looking for scourge. If he moves his vessels too far out they can't get back to the marine group before the scourge connects... it also lets him see the size of the army.
He doesn't have enough APM to control everything efficiently anymore so in heated situations, he may do the first instinct, which is a scan. Also his knowledge of Starcraft may have faded much.
Just a heads up, this isn't THE Jaedong (The Jaedong everyone knows is "Lee Jaedong", the one in the match is "Ma Jaedong"). The Terran player is definitely Boxer though.
Maybe you could do a very explanatory cast every once in a while and put them in a playlist for newbs/new people to watch, have them labelled as newcomer friendly in the title or something.
blizzard planed that everyone plays starcraft on speed 5, with speed 5 the moving of the turrets seems not so fast and acceptable for the guy sitting in :)
It’s unrealistic for you to explain a bunch of stuff every cast but for people like myself who never played “ladder” and just played fmp 4v4s or bgh 3v3s watching ladder games is like a whole new animal! You already do an amazing job and you do from time to time drop some gems on what’s going on and why. So keep up the good work sir ✊🏾✊🏾
