      Agree! Filipinos are true supporters of foreign vloggers. This country likes foriegners, I don't know why. In contrast to other countries, people get suspicious of a foreigners. However, this country's people welcomes foreigners and I strongly believe for a reason why it had been colonized by foreign countries, i.e., Spain for few hundred years because of the friendly welcoming attitude of the people. Then they realized later on-- no, it's not good, we've been taken over, but 'twas was already, too late for even any resistance to win. To this day, you can see filipinos appreciating a foriegn vloggers-- yes, I'm a fili, it's nice to listen to positive impressions of the country, I hope that's true.

      That's a lovely word. I have an input. I'm not expecting you to fully accept the idea, but research and find it yourself. But according to the ancient maps, Bible and apocrypa book rejected and remove, even scientific facts, somewhere in the Philippines is the origin of creation...even Adam and Eve. Counter to the narratives propagated and pushed to believe. One of the evidence is the world's diversity of the Oceans, is in the Philippines. World's minerals too, even gold, as the Ancient Biblical Ophir. The reason why tourists or other nationalities when they come they feel better in the Philippines, because it's the the location of the origin of the human species, it is simply tuning in to original creation of humanity- It is original home for most people on eart, where from the soil their bioligical being are originally created from-- a feeling of homage back in the land. Some research like the 'God Culture' in YT gives much clarity. You can look it up or start here: th-cam.com/video/QtRX157VgGA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=_fZ2EDtbWMCVjbSs

The Philippines is a white wash country. Actually, they worship anything white and most use skin whitening cream. Be proud of your skin color!

    An important point to make is just how Westernized the Philippines is, especially to Americans. You will see sooo many stores, fast food, restaurants, cinemas, arcades, casinos, etc. here. For example, Costco and Sam's Club in the States is represented here by Landers and S&R. And as mentioned, a highly English speaking and highly social media people along with one of the fastest growing economies in the world in which you will see a vast improvement in infrastructure in the coming years are why everyone is looking to the Philippines, I as a Fil-Am included!! ❤🇵🇭💥

    The cost of living vary greatly depending on the place you live in the Philippines. Of course it won't be cheap for locals and even foreigners if you stay in a high class city, e.g. BGC, the Ayala Makati, Rockwell or Eastwood. As those locations were developed by real estate dveloper corporations.
    But if you live in a not so polished/manicured location in the city, then you can get cheaper rent there and food. It will be even cheaper in the province, away from the metro.

      Life outside Manila isn't polluted, traffic isn't as bad. The choice is between luxury and comfort or life with comfort and still enjoy benefits of comfortable living without the high end expense.

    Yes! I’ve been noticing that. Lately, I’ve been discovering these non Filipino natives YouTubing in the Philippines.
    I forgot how fun the Philippines is. I’m a native Filipino who moved to America. I’m just so happy to watch these videos from ‘foreigners’ loving the Philippines. I’m happy that you’re all safe and Filipinos eat up your videos.

    Manila is expensive but outside of Manila and Cebu its cheap for rent. You can get rent in the $300 to $400 for a good place. There is as cheap as $150 that I have seen.

    It is more expensive leaving in Australia. Paying rent per week is a mind blowing. Unless you are being paid per week, i reckoned it will be fine. The basic need is cheap, but not about electricity and water consumption. Australia is also a wonderful country to leave in Bruh. Just enjoy your stay Mate!

    actually we don't care about slang, all foreigner have the best slang when you speak in the Philippines, just make sure you speaking are clear so they can understand what you are trying to say, but we can make sure what ever slang you have, most Filipino can understand it, if they can't at least you have to gesture your hand or speak a word that is very clear to understand whatever you want to convey.

    I'm hoping that the Philippines turns into a Singapore "light". In terms of business, it can accommodate the service industries and banking (like Singapore). The thing I fear is the wealth gap becoming even greater.

    • @JohnDoe-pt7ru
      @JohnDoe-pt7ru 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Your fear is exactly what will happen. Singapore has its own economy. People who live and work in Singapore work at companies based in the country. The Philippines doesn't. All these foreigners are making money from outside the Filipino economy (remote work, corporate social media contracts, etc).
      Filipinos will soon be unable to afford living in their own country.

    • @TitB1199
      @TitB1199 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@JohnDoe-pt7ruYou have a double digit IQ. This uploader is just hustling for views from Filipinos who mooch around all day watching stuff about their country on the internet. Hardly anyone relocates to the Philippines. In fact the small amount of foreign nationals they have are leaving. The CPU tries that people want to move to: The US, Western Europe, UAE, Qatar, Thailand, Australia, Canada. The Philippines is faaaar down

  • @lenseofanomad
    @lenseofanomad ปีที่แล้ว +6

    people move there because they can afford it or have a remote job, lets not get overselves here, the typical filipino sometimes struggle to put food on the table while the rest of us flaunt our own countries currency.
