I just got a bunch of succulents from a local market, they were 1$ per pot, such a convenience, and I bought them all and ended up not knowing what to do with them. This arrangement was so inspiring, thank you so much!
I have the biggest smile on my face while watching this video. I live in S. Cal. and succulents are like weeds here - They are everywhere! In fact I have even seen them thrown in the trash when someone wants to replant! I have always had lots of them and share their little babies with neighbors and friends. Anyway..after all the years of planting these gorgeous creatures I NEVER knew how you could plant them for height in an arrangement. I now know - so easy and makes so much sense. I can't wait to replant my 12 pots and window boxes with this new knowledge. Thanks again!!!

This video was the tutorial I needed because I have succulents waiting to be planted. Especially love “resting on their chins” for a better display, building height and using the syringe for watering. I will definitely have a prettier arrangement than any I’ve ever done before! Thank you! 💚🌿

Sort of a south western thing. I think if you like cactus, you would like Succulents. I went to the 2020 NY Botanical Garden Orchard Show (just before everything shut down) & seen them in their store & also a garden center near where I live. Can these stay outside thru cold winters? I'm guessing not but will do some research.

Yay I’m glad pottery people are slowly starting to make low planters!!! I just made 3 arrangements! My niece got married July 3, and she had tons of succulent table giveaway toppers, and the 👰🏻 🤵🏻 table had tons of cut succulents along a swag on their long table. At the end of the night, not to many guests took their babies, so I went around and gathered them up, permission from my brother-in-law who paid for it 😛, I said I would make arrangements for him and the 👰🏻 & 🤵🏻 , and I made one for my another sister-in-law who loves succulents too. So I got them all done ✅ pretty pleased with myself 😜. We delivered them the other day, when the family all gathered again (nieces 1st BD). Everyone seemed happy. I was nervous, I don’t usually make arrangements for other people. I did end up adding in trailers, and fillers. Most of the wedding succulents were repeats, so I went through my collection too. I had this amazing long metal planter, that said “Plant smiles, Harvest Love” (by Trisha Yearwood) Check out my IG to see pictures @hanaleidesigns. I was so happy, btw, had so many 2” succulents, I made a bowl planter for my neighbor 🤗. Happy Planting 💜🌺🌸😍

Wonderful tutorial! I had gone to a nursery and attended a succulent class about three years ago when I planted my first pot and has since died with a move and life happened. I had and forgotten how to do it so I really appreciate this. Thank you.
I've never planted anything at a tipped angle ... I love this idea for a succulent bowl. I've never seen (or maybe I never looked) that many different varieties of succulents at a garden center before. Maybe now I will have to give succulents another try. I'm not a huge fan of them because I probably over watered and killed them in the past. A dear friend told me I gave them to much LOVE! lol

I have watched this video so many times. It is by far my favorite succulent arrangement that you’ve created. I loved it so much that I ordered the succulent containers from Home Depot’s website. I planted the small one as close to yours as I could. The largest one I planted with mostly sempervivums and a few Echeveria. I love it! Keep making more succulent arrangements for us to admire!

I used the video to inspire me. I have tried to grow succulents but had no luck. After watching this earlier this year, I took my frost damaged succulents and planted them in a bowl. It came out wonderful.
