Ncos are randomly picked to stand in the ranks because they are more experienced than most guardsmen . When they work the guard out its tallest on the right and shortest on the left so the ncos are mingled sporadically throughout te guard .
I have much respect for the discipline and commitment these men have.
This is true tradition of British army practice make a man perfect.....practicing for changing of guards.........bravo.....
I think there is an inspection of the military for a summer review because the government is looking to make cuts ......again..
