Fantastic video Lenny! Always lovely to see my Favourite DM leading! Interesting to see the BM swinging his right arm only.
The marches played were,
1) 0:01-Colchester Castle
2) 3:05-Red Men's March
3) 5:18-Gladiator's Farewell (Abschied der Gladiatoren)
(Return to Barracks)
4) 7:17-Glorious Victory
5) 10:15-Punchinello
6) 12:59-Blaze Away
7) 14:17-The Rising of the Lark
Punchinello 😀
@delvinrodriguez3341, that was interesting. Good to see the Coldstreamers and my, “girl,” Rachel.
Good morning, Lenny and Ig. Another great video 😊
One of the tubas with a pronounced limp, especially on the return.
I love the march Blaze Away. It reminds me of those films that would be broadcast to the public during WW2 to boost morale.
Thank you Lenny, what a very Smart Parade this Guard Change was!
The Band of the Coldstream Guards Sounded Brilliant & had an Awesome March List, The Officer on the Snare Drum today was Excellent. This Detachment of Welsh Guards had Awesome Drill & the Determination on the face of the Ensign & the Escorts as they powered up the Hill to the High St, would put the Fear of God into the Enemy.
Brilliant, Just Brilliant!
@@vickyRoyalHistory I am glad you enjoyed it. Thank you too 🤗

Thanks for this excellent video. The Guards Officer we see marching during the first couple of minutes is exceptionally smart and marches elegantly, unlike the Guardsman on his right that's walking through treacle.
Glad you enjoyed it. Many thanks 🤩

Lovely crisp video again, thank you for sharing. The march “Blaze Away” is instantly familiar yet I don’t remember seeing videos featuring it🤔
You are most welcome 🤗
Driving my neighbors to the brink of insanity, as I continue my exterior home repairs with a huge carpenter's hammer......on a scrap piece of wood Thanks Lenny
It worked
Thank you too 🤩
Thanks Lenny, a good one once more. And an officer as drummer you don't see very often.
@@Peugeot5008. Many thanks 🤩
He's not an Officer, the drummer you are mentioning is a Musician Warrant Officer.
Drum Major WO2 Scott Fitzgerald, CG leading The Band of the Coldstream Guards
Nice video, love watching them. I notice that different members of the band at times carry a sword, for example the drummer in this one, what is the meaning in this please and also some members have white sgt stripes and others gold what does that mean and then some have the royal crest on top of the stripes, can someone please answer if possible. Just curious thank you
In reply to your questions ... Carrying a sword denotes rank of Warrant Officer ... White Sergeant stripes = rank of Lance Sergeant ... Gold Sergeant stripes = rank of Sergeant ... Royal Crest above stripes = Colour Sergeant / Staff Sergeant ... pleased to oblige, flyboyyep
Thanks for the info🤗
Thank you very much for the answers I watch the videos all the time as I love this kind of music and the folk in the bands are amazing One day I hope to make it to Windsor and walk up the footpath along side the band, thats the dream Thanks again@@supernutkin5122
@@flyboyyep7154 Pleased I could be of help to you ... Military Bands and Military Bands music / marches is one of my specialties.
Well done Lennie and for once some unusual tunes from the Grenadier Guards excellent
Coldstream Guards*
Nigel, the band is of the Coldstream Guards (as "Yeah95607" has just pointed out), and the Guards are from the Welsh Guards.
Thank you too.
Greetings from me in Windsor 😊
@@lennywindsor3820 Greetings to you as well! I was in Windsor today, making my own film, but didn't have to time to say "hello" because I had to rush for my train for a long journey to get home. I do watch your videos, and I like them a lot. Keep up the good work!
@@MikeM14-40 Oh really. Hope to see you in the next time. Thank you 🤩
