- In this vlog, I go to Universal Orlando Resort to check out the Simpsons themed area, Springfield USA. I try out the food (including Lard Lad's Big Pink Donut, Duff and Flaming Moe), show you what merch I bought, and give you my review of the Simpsons Ride and themed area. I also compare the differences between Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood.

Being a die-hard simpsons fan, I have been waiting to go to this park. I finally went in october. I bought so much stuff and I had so much fun. The donut was amazing
I’m die hard fan too I love old and newer seasons but when you look back at older seasons animation looks sloppy compare to what it looks now some people don’t like newer seasons there is nothing wrong with them
@@PinkiePie762born 1990. Hardcore Simpson fan but I wouldn’t pay for this crap. Overpriced as heck and I’m not a tight arse just rather go to Bridlington or Scarborough for the day on train, return. Do whatever, fish and chips and home. Probably saved £100 as well.

Spent New Year's 2014 in Duff Gardens. They offered champagne closer to midnight. It was a wonderful honeymoon for a Simpson fan.
That explains the giant Krusty plush. The one time I went to my school, I witnessed a kid who had a giant Krusty plush in that school.
Kayleigh and I just went here on our honeymoon and it was so good! The Ribwich made me feel just like Homer when he eats it in the show, and the Lard Lad donut fed me for about half a week.

We were there in February. Absolutely LOVED it. I got the same Simpsons pin and our pictures taken with the Simpsons in front of their RV. ❤

I wasn't a Simpsons fan at all before going to Universal Studios Hollywood, but after going on The Simpsons Ride now I'm becoming obsessed. That ride was awesome and I can't stop thinking about how fun it was.

It's amazing on how they put a lot of work in the park to make it just like the show!
This definitely gives me memories from when I went here about a year ago. Moe's Tavern was definitely surreal to walk through. And of course, I got the giant pink donut from Lard Lad, the greatest donut I've ever had. I also got to take a picture with the Chief Wiggum statue in front of Lard Lad. Definitely would recommend the experience!
Americans really know how to make theme parks. I was in universal studios, island of adventure and disney land as a teenager on vacation and it was great.

The Simpson's area is 100% on the chopping block and will absolutely be replaced in the coming years. The ride's show building is falling apart, as are the vehicles. The Ip is waaaay less popular these days for such a large footprint in the park. And with Super Nintendo World being so massive, Universal is looking to bring more of Nintendo's characters into all of the parks - Springfield is likely going to be sacrificed for that. For more context, the Mushroom Kingdom is coming to Epic Universe in 2025, Zelda to Islands of Adventure and Pokemon to Universal Studios Florida. So if you're a Simpsons fan you definitely wanna try to get to the park in the next few years before it is too late.

One of my earliest memories is going to universal, riding Kang and kodos and watching the Simpson files in line
They should make a amusement park ALL and I mean ALL about the Simpsons with Mr burns mansion, the movie theater that will play itchy and scratchy episodes all day, and evergreen Terrance

I went here for the first time at Grad Bash a few months ago and had a blast! (It's actually what got me to watch the show) I think the Simpsons ride was the best part imo.

Fun fact (if they still have it), Flaming Moe has two versions in Universal Hollywood. They have alcoholic and non alcoholic

I went to Springfield town in Universal Studios Hollywood and yes the donuts are way bigger than your normal donut, but before I got there I drove past Forest Lawn Cemetery and wishing that I would go there every June 25th
This was splendid ! This is one of those places I want to visit before I kick the bucket. I agree with your assessment of the Flaming Moe (plus as someone who absolutely LOVES grape soda, I just feel it would be the superior choice). So far as merch was concerned, the shirt with all the characters heads on it really won me over ! I wish I could have one !

I make it my personal mission everytime I go to universal to get a Pink donut, even though they melt halfway through to getting back to my hotel room

I was lucky enough to go to Hollywood one last year. Picked up a few goodies whilst I was there, went on the ride and took a lot of photos. While I did want to try the donut, I just didn’t have the appetite and had a serious case of jet lag.
I have more fun in the line for the Simpson's ride than I do on the ride itself. And I love the ride. Got myself a Bort pin since they never have my name.
Me finding out the flaming homer isn't on fire, and isn't even purple, and is called a flaming moe: my disappointment is immeasurable

So The Simpsons is 20th Century Fox and Disney brought it in March of 2019 so that means Disney now owns Fox and The Simpsons is part of Disney now
Been to Orlando twice & Hollywood once,but only had the krusty burger meal & flaming moe from the drinking & dining choices. Possibly going back later this year so i’ll have to cross a few more items off my simpsons land bucket list. Great video & i hope the area stays as well.
Before i clicked i thought this was in springfield oregon where the simpsons "takes place". I was super confused since my grandma lived there,
so id been there a lot and hadnt seen anything from the thumbnail haha.

I’ve personally been lucky enough to go to the park a few times I gotta say the crusty burger didn’t disappoint and neither did the chips as for everything else I loved the atmosphere and the rides were no slouch either
Not sure of the year I went but I visited the Hollywood one right before they added the expansion and I still had a blast. I love the Simpsons including the newer episodes. It's my comfort show.

I lived in LA and I havent been in Universal Studio in 21 years but luckily at Citywalk they have Simpsons stuff and as Simpsons collectors myself it the next best thing

I went to Universal Studios Hollywood and got to go on the Simpsons ride before it's grand opening back in 2008 with my family.
I love Springfield USA in Orlando but I do think Disney could do a awesome job recreating it they could rebrand toon town as Springfield which would would be sick or in Disney world just add a Springfield in Hollywood

In my opinion I love The Simpsons Land at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Orlando Florida. Even though Disney now owns the Simpsons I don't want The Simpsons Land being removed at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Orlando Florida because its awesome!

As both a Simpsons and Harry Potter fan, I've really got to check out Universal. I've got a tiny problem though, I'm addicted to Disney World, that's the only thing stopping me, because whenever I travel to Florida I only have time for one, either Disney or Universal. Naturally, I've tried to stick with Disney, because it's what I know, but I'm really tempted to try Universal one year. I just don't know what to do

If they did make that comic book shop accessible just imagine if they made the Springfield
Elementary School was actually accessible as well ( ok obviously that would take up more space ) but it could be limited to just 1 floor with the rest of it being only for show. Like they could include that one classroom with a Bart statue doing his iconic chalkboard discipline writing from the opening. The hallway would have the lockers & Groundskeeper Willie statue could be placed with his mop bucket & boom. As a cherry on the top they could have the school's cafeteria actually serving some food as another eatery spot. Not that they should serve tourists actual disgusting school food but something pleasant XD just could been a fun experiment to play with lol
