Any Character You Make Is 99 Overall With All Badges (Still Have To Buy VC But Discounted Prices)
And It Should Be 4 Extra Badge Cores Making It 8 In Total Imagine 2 Shooting Cores With 2 Finishing Cores With 2 Playmaking Cores & 2 Defense Cores And You Get To Change Em Around
