    I would say it also depends on the environment you live in and people you live with. I find if you live in city with toxic people you will crave heavier foods because the environmental/mental/emotional stress so you generally need more fats and dense foods and much more greens. In tropical environment its much easier to live on pure fruit only. At the same time what makes it even harder if they are cooking shit food all the time and you smelling it activates bacteria, hormones and effects your system. Dry fasting helps a lot.

    Would love to see a video about mental and emotional things. In my opinion it is very important because the foods we grow up with are connected with good emotional feelings like celebration foods (christmas, eastern, birthdays etc.). But the food we ate at this time are often not good for our body, the animals and the evironment. So it would be nice to get some strategies to come out of this emotionally and mental cycle. Thank you for your work and your inspiration!

      Oh really? For me it was a fast track of healing all serious chronic health problems, and getting a level of health and vitality I never had in my life and would never even imagine I could have. But yeah, candidiasis.
