I wonder because i have been IF since like 4 years , but when i started whole foods vegan i started to crave a lot of peanuts and nuts (fats) and i think is maybe because i burn fat while i am fasting. Do you crave fats in your diet? I have tried to eat breakfast but the times i tried i felt better overall mentally while IF but the last time i tried it i was eating meat and not doing yoga

Our body only has so many reserves and you can have less than ideal B12 available, even if tests don't show deficiencies or dangerous levels. You are slowly using up those reserves over time, likely only receiving small amounts of B12 from reinforced food stuffs and such. Know that once you do become deficient in B12 you will incur permanent nerve damage among other problems.

B12 is from soil microbes & not animals. Food grown in healthy fertile (#veganic) soil is optimal, as well as a healthy gut/bowel flora for vitamin B and absorbing nutrients

You look a lot older than 21 I’d say about mid 30s sorry but this diet isn’t healthy. We can eat a really healthy meat diet only grass fed beef and lamb wild fish and eggs and you’ll feel great and look younger than you are. If you want help let me know

Its possible a preexisting disease could be aggravated by eating certain foods especially preexisting gastrointestinal diseases/conditions. If you know of any illnesses that science has blamed beans as the perpetrator that caused disease/diseases please site sources. Otherwise you are incorrect.
