"ahhhh yeeaah" should have played that in slow motion

@@Menkalinan Ohhhh Yeeeeaaaah

I like how at 0.03x speed, it seems as if more optimisation could perhaps be done by doing a bit of corner cutting rather than waiting for each face to fully stabilise. At those speeds though, you'd probably risk destroying the cube.
Just get a better cube made of carbon fiber or something.
How did that cube even stay together!?
The engineering required to keep the cube together is probably a bigger achievement than solving it so fast.
They have placed the feet of the computer on the strongest points of the cube..it is an extremely smooth moving cube. This seems to be a 'rigged' cube to me though. It looks like they worked backwards in a few simple moves to make it look unsolved and then went in reverse...not convinced ;)
I know right
@@speakeuropeanportuguese it was about roughly 40 moves
@@Asyssion-_- it's a sign it was indeed a setup, algorithms can solve in about 25 moves usually, and it didn't look like it was any know method
Wait, a Rubik’s cube can be solved?
Ha
(Yeah. Just peel off the stickers when nobody's lookin'...🤓)
You non cubers aren't funny you know
bready Brett bold of you to assume you’re funny
@@davidking1305 bold of you to assume you're funny by saying that I'm trying to be funny
Breaking the record is an understatement 👍
Presumably that rubics cube is custom made to be extra sturdy. I can't see a standard, off-the-shelf rubics cube be able to witstand those kinds of forces! :)
Rubik's *
Surely it would've been more productive to solve the problem of sensing the difference between RED and ORANGE !
Cool job!
Absolutely Amazing!
0:02 me finishing cleaning my room even tho I made a bigger mess when my mom comes in with the belt
So, is the 0.38 sec a result restrained by mechanical movement ?
What would the time be for a virtual cube ?
now i know that that 'whatever happened to robot jones' thing was legit...
They needed this camera to film DuYuSheng's attempt lol.
What method is that?
Is this more advanced than B the robot??
what method does it use?(roux, cfop?) also gan should really watch this
The new record is now from Mitsubishi
Where can I buy this Rubik's Cube?
would be 'world's toughest cube" more fitting imo
Holy cow...
So if the purpose is now solved i guess the robot can now move to a museum with due credits
Watch the .25x on .25x speed and same with 0.03x speed you can see it better on 0.03x
Would never have guessed by the real-time speed that this was 20 moves . Awesome 👍🙂
Got any videos of it exploding?

mysterious
How come the orange tiles are coloured black
Amazed! 0.38!
@Jon Kentucky Where did you get those information? I thought that the colours are scanned and than the best way (so max. 20 moves) is calculated, not that the scanner says "stop" when it looks right. Is there a detailed document on the code?
WTF?? Some codes and commands had been inputed
one question (it might sound stupid but I'll try): why was the orange tiles painted black?
Probably because it’s easier for the webcam to recognize than the similar red/orange colors
amazing
People can be so salty of other people's achievements 🤐
fr they built an AI/robot (idk the difference) that can solve a rubik's cube in 1 second. Not only did they have to figure out the best method, they had to program the robot to find and complete the best method.
Well i think it had scanned the cube and it did solve the cube by different methods and choose lowest move, if yes, then try giving it i would like to see how much time till it solves it (with scanning time(very low i guess)+different calculation and solving).
Huh?
...
@@SteveFrenchWoodNStuff basically the person above thinks that they had unlimited inspection time, so they tried each solution to see which was fastest. They would like to see how mast it can solve a cube with a few seconds for inspection time
Now use a carbon fiber cube.
Coolest thing I ever seen!
Tarda 1/4 de segundo. Yo lo quería ya!!!
Awesome
Cool !
Wow...all i can say...wow
What cube is it?
It's a rubik's cube :)
Did that robot even use any algorithms or did it just solve it backwards? It looks like it did the latter
It scanned for an optimal solution and then executed it. You don’t need algs if you’re a computer
Gods algorithm, every possible permutation can be solved in 20 or less steps, they are using computers to generate the alg....
I'm going to miss Big Bang Theory.
Mir Auch!!
*Mans not bot*
I see this and think to myself: _how the hell do we not have self driving cars yet?_
People don't die if you fuck up a cube. When a car AI fucks up, it makes the news
at .25 speed it sounds like a minigun
how has the cube stayed alive? 🤯 my rubik's cube could never! and i have a speed cube!
How...?
No, the shafts that attach to the middle of each side are motor controlled. You can see them turning in slow motion.
What is this... It's more faster than bullet
Probably to differentiate the colors better for some scanner
What the fuck is this shit?! We got beaten by a robot......
I know
Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww MIT IS LIFE
Either you don't know what "MIT" means or you don't know what "life" means. 'Cause, you know, they're two different things.
Wow!!!
sounds like a huge fart
If you think that's huge, you haven't been around a man.
😂😂😂😁😁
what the frick!!!!!
Asians be like: hold my rubik's cube
Krass
Only 19 manipulations. Piece of cake.
20. You don't seem to know how to count.
Lovely job by using artificial intelligence
Awwwwwww yeah!
You lied Rubiks cube doesn’t break I am disliking
I can do much faster than this
Wooooooow
robotics and ai will never take our jobs..right?...... mhmm... ssshhh...it's ok.
Amazong
it's woooooooooooooow
OwO
Gg
Dude my dad can do it in like 0.09 seconds
Haha
Yes, computers do math calculations very quick. What's the news here?
To be able to invent a device which can operate as fast is quite impressive
If you think the amazing part is that a computer can calculate quickly, you're utterly clueless.
