One of my dream collaborations! thanks for even considering one of my designs for your city. It truly is an honor 😄 The perosnal touches and mods are perfect to fit in your city. It wouldn’t be a RBH building eithout them 😊
Thanks. I spent a lot of time in the edit but clearly still missed something, haha. Not too worry, I can crop that part directly in TH-cam. Thanks for letting me know!
Great built Robin... very small suggestion to add a butterfly on one of the flowers if only to ensure the good citizens of BrickNottingham they really sell the best and most fresh flowers in the city.
Hey Robin, looking good. My suggestion would be to give the mannequins in the window plain yellow torsos and heads like proper shop mannequins in real life. Keep up the great work 👍
Wow! 🤯 I was a bit astonished at first that you did not decide to build BrickArtisan's Birch Bank 'cause I like the white fascade more. But this is a realy cool MOC of his already cool MOC. Looking forward to watching part two! ❤
Finally! The collab you have been teasing for months! Its looking amazing so far. Love it. You need more modular buildings in the new city like this! They look so good. But so do your other more Lego city type buildings! I love LEGO!!
Very awesome Robin! Brick Artisan is a master at doing these things and it's so cool to see you creating one of his designs! Looks great, and look forward to seeing more of it!
Great colab and i am very happy to See the "where are my pants" shop finally becoming a reality❤. I like the darf blue awning so much I would suggest to add some to the second or third floor too(just the Windows like in assembly square?). Also the round plate on top looks a little forced(it is just obvious, that it hides the hole). Maybe if it went All the way to the back or was replaced with a rounded window/dome for a skylight??? I would also love to See a billboard with a big underwear on top of the build. I like the idea of robin(batmans sidekick) coming out of the store. Maybe with a whole Pack of green undies?? Can't wait for part two and love seeing you building custom(ish) modulars again😊. Hope you're enjoying building as much as we watching.
O.M.G Robin 🤩 🤩 I’m so impressed that you actually built a new modular building of an artisan Collaboration building that is inspired as I can close to the Mayfair’s 45 Park Lane Hotel Good work 👍👍👍
Take the odd looking white tile out and replace it with a light stone tray to represent the tile being bodge by the landlord with a bit of cheep cement.
That's really nice: it's a godo building to begin with, and I also like the subtle amendments so far. Maybe there's a way to set the more intricate sign on the outside? By the way, the "Where are my pants?" sign is pure comedic genius
Robin, that one black floor tile, how about two triangle's, one white, one black? That way that wall will actually separate the two floor patrons. Will you do that companion bank corner one as well? Perhaps as a restaurant, coffee shop or so? Say Robin, will you go for the new domed plants modular? And if so, will you fuse your modified friends one, to it? Well, you're off to a good start, keep it up.
I'm not going to do the sister build as I like diversity too much. The black tile is a jumper that holds the wall, hence no change. It's fairly hidden. I have ordered the new gardens set and will have both together, side by side, for a place like Kew Gardens. Hopefully up front and very visible!
@RobinHoodBricks And here I was hoping you would go for a ( shaped Y crossing setup. Add in a speed bumb and... Heck, in theory, you could even add a friend botanicus garden dome to them or even a mini star gazing dome. Could then even be where that fighting ring alien, parked his saucer, you know. Besides, only bank brance? You need two at the minimum, right? Rabobank, ING, ABN, Bank Of Scotland(?), Irisch Bank, ect, ect. And who knows, you might be able to connect both modulars with a joined penthouse, top floor setup, for your local Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark, Lex Luthor, rich guy, to live in. And now that I think about it, you could also go for a pub, in place of a Bank, just as easily. And the rich guy could have a garage on the ground floor, for his/her, car.
I would have added plain yellow torsos on top of the mannequins. Just to hide those leg parts that stick up. If you have the old stlye torso where the arms are tucked into the body, thise might work better.
wow, this modular looks fantastic so far- especially the big curved wall and the florist stand! I think one amendment you could make is add blank yellow torsos and minifigure heads onto the mannequins in the window to make them look a bit more realistic without the bits sticking out of the legs. I don’t know your views on Doctor Who but it might be really fun having living mannequins (as seen in Rose, the first episode of modern doctor who in 2005) chasing after shoppers with lasers coming out of their arms!
I'm really disappointed with Lego (again) for Brick Artisan efforts not considered. Thank God Rebrickable exists! BTW great video, amendments and collaboration! Hilarious, funny and really well done. Badoiing 🏹
Wow that looks amazing 13:12 the awning might look more realistic under the arch instead of above and would better protect passersby’s from rain and pants from sunlight? 😊
Robin panse shop is good👍but I see your old city was berly any hill or mouten I think your city will look better more hill or mouten maybe with skie resort and more❤🎉
The reason Lego didn't want it was because it was lacking a completely inappropriate business on the second and third floors, like a wrestling school and a wig shop.
Haha, yes with access only via a fire escape or through a bakery. Genuinely I think they'd be showed up by the public, or at least that's what they're scared of!
Lovely MOC! I'm with you: there's something about the front tiled entrance that doesn't work for me. Is there a way to make it 3x3? (I haven't gone back in the video to look more closely at how the entire baseplate is tiled, so perhaps there's no way to make this work.)
The geometry will never be quite right here as it's not at 45 degrees. It caught my eye too but 3x3 just is a bit too much on the left rather than the right. Oh well!
It's available in five colours. I have the Dark Purple ones all up my hospital walls. They're lovely. The part in question is: Friends Accessories Hair Decoration, Flower with Serrated Petals and Small Pin - Item No: 93080h OR Friends Accessories Hair Decoration, Flower with Smooth Petals and Small Pin - Item No: 93080g. Enjoy!
I would love to design a moduler. But I no pro builder. But .can build .knowing how to you's that digital program would make it so much Easier😊.cas free style building but then haveing to take it apart to figer out all the parts have yoused an then trying to re build it back to same way could be a night mair but make s me think. How modules an sets was designed. Before tho s. Building graffic program came along. 😊 ? I'm guessing that's how it would of been dunn.
@samwalker8893 What the hell are you talking about? I've been watching Robin from the early days - no doubt longer than you. Plus I've sent him some free LEGO. So you can do one with your snarky comments.
One of my dream collaborations! thanks for even considering one of my designs for your city. It truly is an honor 😄 The perosnal touches and mods are perfect to fit in your city. It wouldn’t be a RBH building eithout them 😊
Yay, thanks. I may be adding a few more changes as I love this building and want to further adopt it into my lore and city style. It looks so good!
Fantastic MOC guy. Might consider to also piece it together! I love the idea of the florist.
@@RobinHoodBricks definitely go wild with the changes! we love the funny easter eggs! woohoo! 😄
Robin just letting you know there’s 10 seconds of blank at 13:39
Thanks. I spent a lot of time in the edit but clearly still missed something, haha. Not too worry, I can crop that part directly in TH-cam. Thanks for letting me know!
Yes! My favorite LEGO TH-camr and my favorite MOC creator collabing! Great design so far, and the pun with Pants there, haha!
Yes, the pun and silliness is mandatory haha. Just imagine what the roof sign might look like. Did I mention that before? Oops!
Ooooh new modular time lets go! Always love ur modular series
I should do more but they're quite labour intensive!
His designs are so good!!!! Nice to set him in a sunlight like this! I do like your amements!
I hope you like the ones in part 2 as well. A bit more risqué!
Great built Robin... very small suggestion to add a butterfly on one of the flowers if only to ensure the good citizens of BrickNottingham they really sell the best and most fresh flowers in the city.
Sounds fun. I've got an old style one going spare!
Hey Robin, looking good. My suggestion would be to give the mannequins in the window plain yellow torsos and heads like proper shop mannequins in real life. Keep up the great work 👍
Surely mannequin lower halves highlights the quality pants?!
Always fantastic when a other builder gives inspiration and new ideas. You honored his design. And gave it a RH touch. And I like it
Well said!
Awesome collaboration, it will look fab in your new city!
Can't wait. It'll look amazing!
It´s a shame you can´t use B&A. It could stand for bow and arrow and would be so appropriate! Great build!
Badoiing!
Wow! 🤯 I was a bit astonished at first that you did not decide to build BrickArtisan's Birch Bank 'cause I like the white fascade more. But this is a realy cool MOC of his already cool MOC. Looking forward to watching part two! ❤
It's nice in white but it's also a bit flatter. This has more going on!
Wow! Awesome modular building! Great job for you and Brick Artisan!
Thanks, Elias!
Very nice collaboration 👍🏻
Thanks a lot!
Excellent build! Looking forward to the other floors 🎉
Me too. Coming soon!
Im a Brick Artisan fan. Cool colab.
Yes, he's very good and a really nice guy!
What an honour for you Robin, and what a design. This will be very exciting to see in your city.
I think so too!

Yeah I've really enjoyed it so far. It kinda makes me want to design a straightforward single modular. Not something I've done for years!
That looks fantastic; I especially like the florist
Yeah it's so bright. Love it!
Absolutely fantastic collaboration here, always happy to get off from a long day of work to unwind with one of your videos!
Glad you enjoyed it!
That’s awesome!! I’ve missed your moduler builds! You add such great details!!
The details really add so much. Window stickers for example. So good. I need to add them all over the city!
I knew it!!!! Called it so hard
Well done!

Thanks!
Well done Robin for creating your own version of this amazing build! Really looking forward to the final 2 floors ❤
Thanks so much. Coming soon!
I love what you did to the florist cart. I thought I was creative.Lol

Super posh building but entry level mass consumer pants!
