The Butt Fumble will forever be the greatest folly in NFL history. Every time I see it, it's hilarious.
The butt fumble was one of the greatest moments for a Pats fan EVER.

The fact that DeSean Jackson fumbled what would have been his first career touchdown is ridiculous. I wouldn't drop that s*** even after I got over the goaline.

Here’s a bigger ball kicker (no pun intended). Parkey was flawless in the wildcard game against the Steelers.
I was hoping Leon Lett, Jim Marshall, and Mark Sanchez would make the list. I was not disappointed!

The butt fumble just both sounds and looks embarassing.
The best part of the butt fumble for me is that Sanchez and the Jets were having the most hilarious season ever at that point. You could make a whole list from that season alone.

I have never even heard of the Failed Philly Special but knowing about the real one makes the idea of calling this play hilarious.
That double doink broke Nagy's brain, of which he hasn't recovered since. Espicially if you saw all the stupid stuff he has pulled afterwards.
The part that gets me is seeing the mascot drop to the ground like someone sniped him from the stands or something.

As soon as I started playing this video, I just said, “Butt Fumble!” I mean, a fail that gloriously bad seemingly only happens once in a lifetime! And it topped SportsCenter’s “Not Top 10” for the better part of a year! A fail doesn’t get any more epic than that!
And the Tony Romo fumbled snap, I like to refer to that one as “Jesus, Take the Snap” because Tony Romo was dating Carrie Underwood at the time, and he basically needed divine intervention for any chance of anything good happening on that play. 😂
Gotta be the “butt fumble.” I was sitting at the bar watching it live and the fella next to me ask if they could do anything else wrong. Then it happened and I said “like that.”

The Giants didn’t go into victory formation because there WAS no victory formation. That game was what triggered the creation of the victory formation. For once, Philly and NY came together and hatched a positive outcome, haha!

Tearing an ACL on a celebration. An ACL is a career altering injury, he couldn't walk for months from this. Best folly bar none.
If my memory is correct, it was a field goal in the 1st QUARTER! Not a game winner at the end of regulation or overtime. Kickers ought to control their emotions outside of those situations.

Fun Fact concerning the Giants-Eagles gaff...back then there was no such thing as kneeling down, that rule was added later.
It's been over 40 years and Eagles fans still give Giants fans grief over "the miracle at the Meadowlands". I saw that as it happened and it still hurts.

On that colts play the ball was never supposed to be snapped. The original person they had to hold was injured so they had someone standing in who didn't know what they were doing

I'm surprised that they didn't include the one from Super Bowl XLVIII (I think?). It was Denver Broncos vs Seattle Seahawks. First play of the game (after kickoff obviously) the Broncos have the ball. Center snaps the ball but Payton Manning is looking the wrong way, so the ball flies past him. This caused them to have a safety. Things didn't get any better for the Broncos.
The Seahawks 1 yard into should be on here and the will hill browns blocked punt touchdown

The funny thing about the butt fumble. ESPN does a top ten fails of the week. And they would have a vote to see which #1 one was worst against the previous champion. They eventually had to retire the butt fumble after I think 6 months as a continual number one.
