    In this video, we would like to share with you how to make the dim sum “Shrimp Tofu Roll” at home. Shrimp Tofu Roll (someone called it Shrimp Bean Curd Roll) is one of my favorite dim sum dish. It can be found in Hong Kong and among overseas Chinese restaurants. It is usually served in a small plate in twos or threes. In all cases, the outer layer is made of tofu skin.
    After you learn how to make it, you can put any ingredients you like into this Tofu Skin Rolls. This Cantonese dim sum dish is very popular in Hong Kong Lunch Yum Cha. For this dim sum recipe, it is simple and everyone can do it at home easily. With simple steps, you can enjoy this yummy local snack of Hong Kong at home. Try if you like it!
    Ingredients for Shrimp Tofu Roll (8 pcs):
    1 pc Bean Curd (divide it into 8 small pieces)
    9 Shrimps (For more fillings, you can double to be 18pcs of shrimps)
    Some Chinese Celery
    Seasonings for Shrimp Tofu Roll:
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Bean Flour
    Dash of Pepper
    Method for making Shrimp Tofu Roll:
    1. Wash peeled shrimps. 2 cut in small cubes and 7 mash and stir into shrimp paste.
    2. Add sugar, salt, pepper and bean flour into shrimp paste, stir and mix until elastic.
    3. Then add in Chinese celery into shrimp paste and mix well.
    4. Spread bean curd wrapping and place some shrimp paste filling on. Roll outwards and seal with water.
    5. Heat oil. Place shrimp tofu rolls into oil. Fry on low heat until golden brown. Drain and serve.
    Cooking tips for making Shrimp Tofu Roll:
    We have to take the shrimp tofu rolls out of the oil first and then turn off the heat. Otherwise, the oil will go inside the shrimp tofu rolls. 。
