    Hi sir thank you for this free exercise to help us sir I have pain in medial knee when I do nerve glides I don't know if because I have valgus knee and tibial external rotation posture that couse pain in medial knee I need to do nerve glides because I have sciatica pain in bihend the knee what can I do for this problem
