    PR'd in deadlift today, thanks (I'm sure) to the hip stretching Boone had us do this morning. Can't wait to try your modified/elevated pigeon pose. btw...awesome hollow rocks dude.

    i'm deadlifting tomorrow on week 3 of 5/3/1 is it more beneficial to stretch both tonight and tomorrow before my workout or just before my workout to be at my strongest for 95% of my 1rm?? responses would be greatly appreciated :)
