- Super low mileage Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon W210
came to us for Dry Ice Blasting undercarriage and engine bay cleaning.
This car has only 27.000miles but after 20years on the road wasn’t as clean as it could be with this mileage.
Now is beautiful and super clean as it should and ready for our client to park in his collection.

I've been a sandblaster(commercial/industrial/marine) for a lot of years, and this is just an amazing method. No major clean up, with a finished product that looks like new. Well done guys, looks great! Cheers from the coast of British Columbia 🇨🇦
As someone who is super OCD with my cars this is like heaven. I need to drive down to SoCal.
A detailed interior, engine bay, and paint but a basic clean underside is all you do.

@Сергей Иванов Очистка "сухим льдом". Может быть мягкой, а при интенсивной настройке может служить, как "пескоструй". Вот только "абразив" бесследно испаряется, а не остается, в отличие от песка.

В России без грязи на днище машины смотреть то страшно😄 За зиму даже оцинкованое авто ржавчиной покрывается, а порой и пластик растворяется🤣

I always clean my cars thoroughly before their annual state inspection but imagine how impressed my mechanic would be if I used this method !

она и грязная была почти в идеальном состоянии, а у нас дороги все в г08не и летом и зимой, сухой лёд тут вообще не справится

@@sereogabattleumca3419 у них нет реагентов, зеленые зажуют. И температура не крутится у нуля погода. Машины не ржавеют так быстро. Откуда вы такие вылезаете? Лишь бы ляпнуть.
@@dont.try.to_search в штатах не сыплют реагенты? и в калифорнии нету минусовых температур? Тахо, среднемесячная температура 7 месяцев в году ниже нуля.
А еще там резкие перепады температур и сильные осадки, ну да нуда, не ржавеют там тачки...

In the UK dry ice cleaning is mainly used in industry, cleaning machinery & buildings but there are some companies that are doing it on vehicles too, you can find them on Google

We have done some cars with 300-400.000km and they look just perfect as this one but those cars were from California, Oregon and Arizona not from Finland ;)

That's the problem.It's really expensive!
unfortunately just electricity when we turn on the machine is around $12 per hour, then Dry Ice, than the labor, then the actually cost of full equipment and of course some profit. So if you mean "cheap" $1-3k per job then yes this is a game changer :)

You have to appreciate that this is probably a really clean car underneath anyway, as in the dirt is covering a car that has never been subjected to salt or much rain, mainly sun and dusty roads. Still though the method and results are incredible.

A W210 with an M112 engine that ISNT pissing oil out of the breather chambers and valve gaskets! A rare sight indeed in this day and age.

nice finish, but what age and what mileage did this car have? dry ice cleaning can remove dirt and baked dust, but it cannot undo corrosion.
I can imagine this is therapeutic as hell. If only the machines were a bit more affordable
Dry ice blasting has been around for over 30 years that I know of. I believe Jay Armstrong from Cleveland, Ohio pioneered this process.

We used it to clean foam molds that made the seats and headliners for bmw. Never seen it on a more detailed process, Love the results.

I use dry ice to blast grease and oil from surfaces. What sucks is wherever it lands it thaws and turns back to slime and that’s generally the floor.

In a future video, can you please show the ground below the car after blasting? I assume all the dirt/grease particles just fall to the ground?
