The idea of moving my tanks gives me nightmares, you’ve handled that well 👍
Hey, thank you, much appreciated 😊 Yeah but I've only got the one. Sounds like you have multiple! 😆
Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Great video and plenty of tips, you're obviously very good at planning and organising to make it look so easy,my stress levels were high just watching well done and happy reefing
Haha, trust me, the stress was there!! 😆 Thanks. Hopefully, this video will be seen by people with any sort of aquarium really who will be going through a house move sooner or later. I am quite organised, with a splash of OCD !! 🤣
Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Stressful time at any time but throw a salt water tank into the mix and the pressure goes though the roof 😂 you seemed to handle the move with ease. Well done another good video.👍
Thanks Craig, yes very stressful, but all done over a long weekend, believe it or not. Friday eve and Saturday for the tank. Then Sunday, we hired a van for everything else, leaving only small stuff that would fit in the cars and then Monday to unpack/ unbox and put stuff in its place!
Had a rest going back to work! 😆
Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Saved your video as it will come in handy. I’m planning on moving next year :). Just the thought of it stresses me out
Hi, awesome. Thanks. I'm glad it will help you when you move 😀 Plan it through and allow yourself more time than you think it will take.
Good luck 😀

Pleased to hear all went well, plenty of great tips for those about too or will be in future doing the move , I’ve just cycled my new tank , same room but moved a few corals over this week , still dosing bacteria & ammonia & will start moving fish next week some time .
See you on the next video , congratulations on the new house too 👍🏻.
Thanks. Appreciate your kind words. That's my goal: I really just want to help people, whether that's through advice and tips or just by my own mistakes. Having some Bacteria in a bottle is something I forgot to mention 😞
Thank you, we've pretty much settled in now and haven't any more boxes that need unpacking! Basically, did the full house move over a long weekend. Friday eve and Saturday doing the tank, then Sunday hired a van and moved everything else just leaving some small stuff that would fit in the cars and Monday unpacking and putting away. Was glad of the rest going back to work !! 😆

Moving is the only thing keeping me from having a 90g like I truly want, being in the military means moving roughly every 2-4 years and it keeps me in that 10-40gal range, currently have a 10 AIO but looking at a 32 AIO mainly because i still keep most of my current equipment which saves me money
Hey mate, wow, yeah, moving every 2-4 years is not something you want to be doing with a massive tank! Totally understand why you have to have a smaller tank, and to be honest, I take my hat off to you for having a saltwater tank in the first place. I'm guessing your time is pretty limited, so it's amazing you've the time to enjoy your hobby as I know smaller tanks require more upkeep.
I hope you can upgrade to the 32 AIO as that will be great. Sounds like you do the same as me with equipment and buy over the top so it future proves you when you upgrade.
Good luck, buddy, with the new tank.
Stay safe!

@@ReefDrama yessir! And to be honest it’s not all that difficult, I mainly just keep up on weekly water changes only about 1-2 gallon changes so it’s only about 5-7 minutes out of my day and I run carbon on my system and I buy my water from my LFS to save time and it’s more stable for me and I have my lights on a timer now as I’ve upgraded to more controllable LEDs, I also have softy’s and LPS as they are much more forgiving and then for fish I have 2 black ice clowns and about to buy my wife an orchid Dotty back or a bi-color dotty back as they tend to stay small like the clowns overall having smaller fish and a small bio load and hardy corals makes makes it more enjoyable for me
Great video! :)
Thanks mate 😀
I’ve had to go Fallow due to Velvet, so decided to upgrade from a 240ltr tank to a DD 1500s approx 525ltrs, my god it weighs a tonne, it was quite a job as I wanted the new tank to go where my old one was but luckily I only had a few corals, inverts, and a cleaner shrimp to move haha ps might sound like a silly question but why are the Clowns and Chromis innthe sump?
Oh, sorry to hear that 😞 Great decision to upgrade at that time. Made the most of a bad situation.
My clowns and chromis are in there because Piney the puffer would eat them !! Once he's moved out to a larger tank, they will then move upstairs 😀

Moving a tank from point A to point B is a lot of work but doable! I’m in a process of doing a Termite Tenting… and I have NO idea if my reef tank will survive 😢
Hope all went well for you. Did you have any issues with the Termite spray?
Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
What went wrong ?
Hey, thankfully, nothing. I was just moving house 😀
Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
@@ReefDrama hope u get to the 1000 subs soon
@enzomontini758 thank you. Me too 😀
