As an Australian, this actually makes me horrified to even live in my country. The fact theyre bending the rules just to arrest someone from their own home. This isnt even a case of "if you dont do anything wrong, youve got nothing to worry about". This is one step away from abducting people from their homes they only mildly don't like, like its fekn China. If you are an Australian, and you aren't scared. You should be!
It also makes me worried why they forced Google to now hand over all information from now on. Especially as a game designer, since if im designing a survival horror game, and i google something relating to makeshift weapons for said game. I could have cops literally taking me from my home. Yes, im scared!

Good point but also think of the waste of scarce court time and administration in pursuing this through the police, to the judiciary for what? In both videos; did Barilaro look scared, make moves to get away from Kristo Langker? In fact, in the video where Jordan & staff interrupted the function, it was Barilaro's "staff" who assaulted Kristo Langker and it was Barilaro's staff who formed a barrier with Barilaro's facial expression and posture looking totally relaxed (unless he has a paralysis issue of which we're all unaware). Whist behind NSW Parliament House (Hospital Rd) Kristo Langker called out to Barilaro, from a distance and Barilaro made no obvious attempt to get in his car and rapidly egress the situation. "Intimidated" - good luck arguing that. "Fixated" - don't think Kristo Langker does this in his spare time; merely in his capacity as staff for Jordan Shanks.

No more free University, bye bye social safety net (all the money will be going to corporate bailouts and tax breaks, but they hunt down any welfare slip-up like the inquisition), pretty soon people will be 10s of thousands in debt cause of their mothers hospital stay. I mean thats kinda the Aussie line. "We have it good, what are you whinging about?" and "You think you could do any better ya cunt?". So now the country's government is working entirely for the interests of a tiny percentage of the population that never the less pays almost no tax, and the only reason its still not THAT bad yet is due to 100 years of social democracy. That apathy is the reason things have gotten to this point, and will probably be the reason this country turns even more to shit in the very near future.

With liberal party essentially be a party for the wealthy ruling class with an aroma of white supremacy/fascism, and labor party being a party that has close ties with elements of the organised crime world. Rudd can fix the labor party, the dude was a straight up hard working non nonsense politician. I am not promoting doxing. However in Australia a police officer must give their name when asked by a member of the public. It is the law. So I am saying he needs to be named and held to account.
It is slightly different in each state so check the precise law for NSW but it will probably include their name, rank and assigned police station or similar. Obviously there will be some undercover exceptions but he came to arrest someone so that is not an under cover investigation. So this officer must be legally required to be identified if you lodge a freedom of information request.
If I was a journalist and someone arrested me you can be certain I would be like a dog with a bone in terms of identifying who made the arrest. And of course I would film those interactions.
