Absolutely. Ive been riding for a year and my next bike will be the rebel 1100 dct. I get the arguments made for a manual, however for my average day to day riding, a automatic would be perfect.
There ya go. And it's not even really "an argument". It's a preference. I've said this on other places too, I lean toward manual as a general preference, but some days I would love a DCT for that commuting traffic, or when I'm just focusing on the ride itself. Thanks for checking out my rant! 😄
I own a Honda Navi. And if I ever doubted that I was driving a motorcycle, all I have to do is come on TH-cam and pull about 1000 review videos from everyone from average people to experts that that absolutely love it and feel it is indeed a motorcycle. Even the very rare negative review isn't even terribly negative. The only people that will tell you an automatic motorcycle isn't a real motorcycle are compensators...
Agreed. It's the vocal minority. They say keep saying "nobody wants this!" Yet manufacturers keep coming out with ways to make it easier: DCT, e-clutch, Y-AMT, and basically the same thing on Kawasaki's hybrids. Why would they keep doing it if "nobody wants it"... Silly people out there!
The US Department of Transportation defines a scooter as a motorcycle that has a platform for the operator's feet or has integrated footrests and has a step-through architecture. BTW, scooters do have clutches too. ;-)
Little bikes are more fun!
I agree.....but I may be biased😅
Yeah, they are!

Agreed. Thanks for the comment!
Every time Honda releases a dct trim for a model. It’s the best selling trim. Most people probably don’t care about the transmission.
