Hot tip. Melt some butter on toast and sprinkle a little bit of chicken salt. It's a game changer. Edit: Traditional Turkish delight is like that jelly filled stuff, but it is a big block usually and the whole thing is absolutely smothered in confectionery sugar. Once you dust it off, it's pretty good. 😆
A classic Aussie chocolate lolly(sweet or candy) is Menz Violet Crumble, it is chocolate coated honeycomb; it miles better than a Crunchie, it shatters when you bite into it and just melts/dissolves in you mouth(unlike Crunchie which clumps). This treat was originally made by Hoadley's Chocolates, and was named after Mrs Hoadley as this was her favourite.
@@chelsaaysaywhaa okay, take a hot drink, cottee, tea or chocolate, take a biscuit and bite off a small corner, on opposite ends, top left and lower right. Lower the biscuit just into the drink and suck through like it is a straw. As soon as the hot liquid reaches your mouth, pop the whole thing in your mouth before it dissolves, and savour the melty sensation. Look up Hugh Jackman, I think he demoed this. I think some of your house of walls have these, the biscuits come from here, the label is american.
I thought you must of been weird at the start when you liked toobs , I never met anyone that eats or likes them , but agree with you on the other items
Dude, you're an Aussie and you stopped that poor girl from getting the Chicken Twisties? ... I mean, OMG man, what on earth were you thinking of depriving that poor girl from those awesomely chickeny delicious taste bombs ....... you need to be admonished mate lol BTW, They're just Chicken flavour, not Chicken Salt flavour (yeah, there is a difference lol) but hey, I'm with you all the way with the Chicken Salt girl. Ain't an Aussie alive that doesn't know that is the best thing EVER! With the Burger Rings - I always suggest imagining all the sauce, mustard, mayo, and all that other deliciousness that is left on the wrapper after eating a classic Aussie burger, that you then lick off lol ...... imagine that and you'll get really close to Burger Rings lol The Turkish Delight - well picked, that is actually Rose flavour you are tasting, a very traditional middle eastern flavour. Tim Tams - Girl, I hope he has introduced you to the SLAM. If he hasn't, smack him and look it up on TH-cam... TIM TAM SLAM, it will change your world! Chicken Salt - It's near on impossible to find what most takeaways here sell as Chicken Salt, as it is mostly a commercially available product, not typically retail. If you want some, drop me a DM, along with an Aussie address to one of your partner's family who can forward it to you and I will shoot over some to them for you, as I do have the commercially authentic variety available. We get it in 10KG tubs lol, is that large enough for you? hehehe. I think 250 grams will be enough to keep you rock''n for quite a while :)
HAHHAA I’ve tried the chicken flavor but he just said I had too many snacks for the plane😂 but agree with you on all the other comments on snacks. They’re the best!!!
The Turkish delight tastes like a flower because its Rose flavoured 🤣 I hate it. We have those Turkish delight bars here in the UK, they're disgusting!
I love turkish delight. The ones you get for dessert at a turkish restaurant or the middle eastern food shops are better than the chocolate bar version
I will not judge you why? Because i love eating chips or crisp maybe i can go with 1 to 2 bags of it in one settings thats how i love chips too. Love from the Philippines...next time try tasting Philippines snacks too.
No validation needed, was just sharing my thoughts on Aussie snacks because I love the culture, but I appreciate your concern. I’ll let my FIANCÉ know he should have dated a Canadian🙂

The Double Dip Cherry Ripe has become my favourite confectionery bar.
SO good!!!
As an Aussie I LOVE Milo
Those burger rings tho… all those snacks looked so good!!
The burger rings are FIRE
you sound absolutely crazy!! turkish delights in the movie looked GASS 🔥🔥🔥
😂😂😂😂😂
I'm glad that you like your snacks from Australia 😁and have you tried Vegemite yet?
I have!!! I don’t like it by itself but it’s good in a grilled cheese🤭
Samboy BBQ, or Smith's Cheese @ onion are best chips.
Cheezles also awesome 🇦🇺👍
Can't beat cheese Twisties. They go great in a bowl with Burger Rings and Samboy BBQ.
That sounds like a good combo🤤
We do get tim tams, in a double, Family size Pack. Do you do the Tim Tam slam?
Never tried that, plz explain 👀

@@kathleenmayhorne3183 they are my fave!!!
Massively popular here in south Australia.
@@solreaver83 they’re so good!!!
I love toobs!!! 😛
Cheetos are not like Twisties. Cheetos in Australia are cheese and bacon balls. Fry’s Turkish Delight is great.

Sweet heart Twisties Cheese & Chicken, not Chicken Salt, totally different
Thanks for clarifying!
ask ya old man about the Tim-tam implosion ?

Hahaha I didn’t mind it too much but def can taste the roses 😂
