CSX Heritage Unit "Two for One Deal!" in Tipp City, OH - 01/29/2024

BOGO on the railroad!
This morning, I saw on the HeritageUnits app that a special "two for one" heritage unit deal was heading my way. CSX's two newest heritage units, CSXT 1897 (Monon) and CSXT 1853 (New York Central) were leading CSX M216 on their way to South Philadelphia, PA. Thankfully, I was off work today. So, I rush up to Tipp City to catch this special lashup. Two northbounds passed before the main event arrived just before noon. Even on a dreary, overcast day, the two units brand-paint shined like the sun. Waycross has done an excellent job!
