Burden? What I know from experience is that a wholesaler wants to get the seller to sign a contract for $X and then during the escrow process, find a buyer that will pay $X+$25,000. Does that $25,000 go to the seller… No. So not a burden if that's what the seller wants to do with all the facts of basically selling their home for $25,000 less than a good real estate professional could negotiate for them. IMO it's important to put that potential $25,000 into the sellers account, not the wholesalers. Thank you for your question.
