I wonder if anyone in the comments actually made the recipe. There’s is no way 1:41 was made by a couple of teaspoons of water and 30 grams of sugar. I followed the recipe perfectly and the creme caramel came out watery as if I haven’t even baked it. I left it in the oven for extra 15 minutes to a total of an hour and still refused to bake. I would love to hear from anyone who actually made this exact recipe.
I want to try it soon, I can tell you how it goes if you still want to know. But I'm not sure if you meant that the pudding part didn't set, or the caramel at the bottom? Because I'm pretty sure that when she flips it on the tray at the end the caramel is liquid (you can see it spill over) and there's only some color of the caramel infused in the pudding
@@dianapopescu5136 It’s the not the caramel that came liquid, it’s the whole cake unfortunately so I had to throw it in the garbage. Well I hope your experience was better than mine, please tell me how it went and if you suffered same problems or not.
