- Today we are reviewing the Cuisinart 9 cup food processor! We're going to put this thing through some tough challenges and see how it holds up! The Processor includes a shredder, a 4mm slicer and a chopping blade. It makes quick work of anything you wish to process!
All in all we thought it was a great unit! The size was perfect because of what we were using it for and it performed very well in a variety of different uses.

Easy to clean, a food processor after my heart

To dice onions, using slicing disc and standing them up works to make perfect dices for coney dogs
You should really chill the cheese almost frozen first with very soft cheese like mozzarella

Thanks! This video answered my question as to which piece I was missing. Somehow in the process of moving I lost the spindle that goes with the shredding disc. Now I know what to order.

Here I am supporting you….. Very interesting but I have their mini-foodprocessor and I am not happy… I was for a while, but the blade went bad quite fast. Luckily it was a present. When I complained I got no understanding. I could throw the machine away and buy a new one with a discount. Not very ecological…. It will be nice to hear what you think in a while. here is my like

Great review! I have the same set up, but I can't get the shredder to consistently shred. Some pieces are long and some are short. Our blades are identical, so I am hoping you can give me a pointer on how you got yours all the same size.😊🌼🌷
We get some of that problem as - well its not perfect but it works for large quantities. You could also try running the pieces through again, It seems like the last little bit is always not shredded properly.

I have the Same Food processor for years an I love it but the cover broken and I need to find a replacement parts. Do you know where to find the replacement parts?
hi this is great. am new to you. i have been beating my head against a wall on what FP to get. I had their 14 cup tooooo big. could not do small jobs. sold it. i am looking at the elemental line of cuisinart. thoughts? i would love a sealed lid and a lock in place blade thingy. tytytytytytty
What does the blade say in it? Dlc-8? Dlc-10?
Trying to figure out if this model uses same discs as the 7 and 11 cup machines
If they say dlc-8/dlc-10 search EBay for "dlc-8 disc set" and you can get the no longer made full accessory set that has 8 discs including ones not even made anymore. And they were made in Japan.

I have a 8 & 4 cup Hamilton Beach food processor. Love them. I use them for shredding carrots and cabbage for smoothies and stuff.
Hint. Don't push so hard.
