The downtown of Playa is very walkable with one of the largest pedestrian streets. Tulum is somewhat walkable but there is a 3km distance between the downtown and beach area. We thought the title of the video would have been clear enough that it is a tour that you can take in Playa Del Carmen. If someone wanted to walk around to some of these places, we have had many on our website for years. So, the info is online, most people however prefer a tour to introduce the food, translate, deal with payments, and have a guide.
