You can use some top gravel to help and a cover pot

I use a heavy cover pot or a bigger tera cotta pot to help hold it up

Thanks for the suggestion! I changed this setup already after a few weeks to use a Thiccly moss pole instead much better!

you should have aligned the moss pole with the side of the pot. the space behind the moss pole will be used for what. it will just be wasted space that the plant cannot use. you can adjust the moss pole now before the roots establish.
