I love that Tinted Black Garage, Bonsai Tree and Just the curb Appeal Alone really does stand out to me...the whole interior before walking in. I love the kitchen and bedrooms are both nice, I Also love the privacy it brings from the poolside I thought that was great...and my favorite is of course that Amazing Rooftop Deck, the views are just Superb up there! This is Another Great feature home. Thanks for the Tour as Always..Love your work!! ❤

The wine bottles on the wine wall are displayed incorrectly. It should be facing the other way. The interior designer might have done it on purpose but it doesn’t look right. Kitchen looks stunning though. The burners are nice but they’re too close together. Looks like you cannot put a pan behind another pan due to the lack of spacing.

House without a yard is a condo not home. Show us houses with yards so we can have yard furniture, pools and withever else we may want like a 20 car garage
The thing is at the start he shows you automated Security Heavy Steel Driveway Gates … You can actually simply climb over them in a second as they are only around 4 feet high its Hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.. Yeah very secure,you just as well have installed simple lightweight wrought iron gates that would have cost 30x less .😂
I like your tour, but that house is way to specific to the builder's taste. It's too dark, with all of that dark tinted glass and wood, and I've never liked a lot of built-in's because that limits your ability to decorate how you want without ripping a lot of stuff out, thus costing you more money for an already overly expensive home. And I hate that dark kitchen...it's depressing. Then the master bedroom has a view of the side of someone else's home. The first bedroom had a bigger balcony and a better view. Plus, I would never want a wet bar in my bedroom, especially that big. Then you have that small backyard pool area with no real space or BBQ. The best part of this home was the rooftop deck.
Sick of seeing these Concrete Box’s being built in Places where you have some wonderful designed Houses with Character … Concrete slab is ugly . And if there’s a earthquake that slab will drop on you and pancake you and your family. Its also a Lazy way to build a home.. I would NOT pay Millions for a Concrete Box..

Worse than that, April 1 was the first day of the mansion tax. Anything over $5mill is taxed 4% from the total. Over $10mill is more than that.
