The bedroom next to the Primary closet makes the builder that much considerate in terms were by the parents have a special needs child that they would like close to them or a nursery for a really small baby. I love everything about this home, wouldn't change anything.

This was PERFECTION!!!!!!! this place is actually worth $5,000,000. Do they sell the floor plans? This is a forever home.. I REALLY REALLY loved the "nursery" at the back of the primary suits bathroom! The gym, me personally I would convert that into a Weigh Room Gym though... and I played college ball.. but need at least 1. reason to go outside right....

This home is absolutely amazing! I be love everything but the indoor skateboard area. It seams like a huge liability where someone could just fall in not expecting a gaping hole in the floor. The tour is my preferred speed, I usually end up watching other channels tours on double speed.

Gorgeous Home, but this house tour was pretty disappointing . It was really confused and you got no sense of the floor plan. Also I wanted to see what was behind all the doors and I wanted to see inside the closets and also a much better view of the bathrooms.I was really disappointed with this so-called tour.

This house like so many houses these days, is just way over board with too many many "lets out do the Jones" features. I mean a skateboard park / ramp, sunken trampoline, mini golf course, tennis courts, an indoor basketball court , the little doll house thing, pool table, ping pong table, bar, movie theater and so many other just over the top things like those.. I actually feel sorry for the kids that grow up in such homes as they have no idea of the reality of the outside world and one day when they are still living in their parents basement the parents will wonder if they did too much to spoil their kids...

While this house is pretty, I love the black windows with the chalk white stucco exterior, maybe I am really simple, but a house does not need "a skateboard park / ramp, sunken trampoline, mini golf course, tennis courts, an indoor basketball court , pool table, ping pong table, bar, movie theater" if I want to do any of thse activities I will go out to where they are, Id like to leave the house from time to time.
