Im a big fan of the Dark Tinted look of this house...i find this house very cozy and homely house for a family to lived in.
I love all the private balcony that shown and also the backyard is a great area to host and entertain any occasion you may have...This house is great...btw that backward walk is a signature style that you had done in some of your video's...The best of Anyone that I've seen hands down in Any backward walkers"🙌 feels like recaping the 2019 video haha...Anyway...Great job Touring this home...love the modern look. ❤

Very easy to clean seemless gas stoves, great idea, it's as elegant as function. But the robbers in that low fence and gate! I can see them singing "Hurra hip!" Beautiful home! ❤️
I think those "bed" you lay down under the staircase is when you storage your shoes so you can wear it by sit there

Very nice crisp exterior. Elegant sophisticated subtle interior. I like it a lot. Sneak it over the san mon mountains with a view and you've got something. Doesn't really need to be much bigger if at all, wide open view is really what delivers the elevated feel. I might not pick matte black hardware, metal will probably last better, both mechanically and fashion wise. And of course concealed door hinges :) skylight or two.
Very well is viewing the modern mansion.

So, it's really a 3-bedroom home, not a 4-bedroom home. The front bedroom is staged as an office, but it has a cabinet with the "brains of the home" in the middle wall of the "bedroom." If you want this as a bedroom, do you have this equipment in your bedroom? Just call it a 3-bedroom + 1 office.
How can I get the house plan ?
The "push to open" appliances look silly without handles when there are adjacent cabinets with handles.

2 car garage is an immediate no go, didnt even watch the rest of the video. If I'm spenidng 3million plus for a house, it has to have garage space for at least 4 cars.
That house doesn’t match the neighborhood
pay 4 million to have a house with structure of a cheap house is a no go. Sure it is on sherman oaks, but all the neighbors can see you taking a bath on your prime bedroom. Not good at all. and only 3 bedrooms not 4. If you have a family with 3 kids you won't put one of your kid to sleep on the front door where they staged as office.
Stop lying, it is a house not a mansion
